Random is too much, in my opinion, but that would certainly be chaotic. Personally, I think flattened odds from 1-14 (IRL, 1-16 here) makes the most sense, and then you have to include the teams in the play-in. Spoiler alert, there will be no "wins incentive" like you may have heard about IRL, I think that just moves the tanking activity to before that date where wins matter. More to come!

I am going to be keenly watching this for lotto reform ideas. Seasons by no means dead, but so what if you end up in the new lotto, it might work on your favor
Lottery odds wouldn't change until next season, so our pick if we really suck would still be the lower one. Though the Mavs and Pelicans picks would still be nice if they stink
