How to quickly identify a color hex code via webpage

Firefox:
All you have to do is get the color you want on screen and then right click and click inspect (or ctrl+shift+i),the options bar there is a "search HTML" with a eye dropper (color picker) icon next to it. (see image below)

once you activate the color picker your cursor will change and you will be able to hover over the color. It displays the hex code but if you left click it will copy it straight to your clipboard. then you can paste directly into your bb code

Chrome:
On Chrome the process is a little more complicated and it may be easier to find a 3rd party extension that makes it a user friendly process like on firefox. Here's a video on how to do it with the built in Chrome tools, but it requires a little bit more effort than firefox.

Safari/Edge:

Not sure if I'm late to the party on this one or not, but I found this is a way quicker way to copy the color code you need for a post here/bbcode directly from an image/webpage. From looking into it briefly, im sure ya'll are familar with the element inspector or have atleast opened it on accident a time or two. May save some googling for hexcodes plus the bbcode "color" and NCAA "color" doesn't always match up like what BB code has defines as crimson is different from what IU uses.
