Welcome, really looking forward to seeing this over here.

Yeah it's crazy this is like the 3rd or 4th time I have gotten the weird 20-30 week injury on a player.. What's weird is it always seems to be a injury that IRL would be like a 8 week max, so I added the arm fracture.
This was my first game against Stanford in this Dynasty and them coming in (1-3) I wasn't sure what type of game I expected. I did tweak my sliders and a bunch after the 112 point game against Memphis in Week 1 and as you will soon see in my Arizona State game the CPU is playing much better now and I am not playing as well, which is okay, because the fun of playing the game starts to disappear if I am blowing out every opponent by 50 or in Memphis by almost 100.

TURNOVERS SPELL DOOM AS SUN DEVILS HAND BRONCOS FIRST LOSS!!
GAME RECAP
Despite playing in opposite divisions, Boise State and Arizona State are no strangers to each other as BSU and ASU have faced each other in 2 Pac-12 Championship matchups in 2027 and 2028.
Arizona State took a early (10-3) lead in the 1st Quarter as the Sun Devil Defense picks off Tua Draft twice in the opening quarter converting both turnovers into points, well also holding BSU to a 43 yd FG.
Draft would then throw INT #3 in the 2nd Quarter after Boise State tied the game (10-10) leading to another Sun Devil score as ASU goes into the locker room up (17-10).
When asked at halftime if Coach Miller considered making a change at QB he said this.
"Tua Draft is one of the best QB's in the country and well we do have a very capable backup in D'Andre Webb, I am not going to put Tua on the bench because of 3 turnovers. We are only down by 1 score not 3 or 4 and there is still alot of football left"
Boise State opened up the 2nd half with the ball and after a couple 1st downs pass's by Draft would tie the game as Jermarus Boykins breaks free with a 35 yd touchdown run. Arizona State had a chance to retake the lead but SR PK Chester Flaherty (no relation to BSU TE Josh) missed a 33 yd FG
Still tied (17-17) early in the 4th Quarter, Coach Matt Miller made a huge call sending out SR PK DIego Gutierrez for a 58 yd FG attempt,.. The kick was perfect with a couple yards to spare as BSU takes the lead.
Miller
Despite his earlier miss ASU also makes a big call as they send out Flaherty for his 3rd FG attempt from 49 yd and Chester drills it to tie the game (20-20) with 6:17 to play."Guti, has hit multiple kicks in games from 54 and 55 yards and I have seen him connect from 60 yds in pratice so I know he has the leg for some big kicks."
With just over 5 minutes to play Miller faced another tough call as BSU was facing a 4th and 6, as he sends out the punting team for a 3rd time.. The plan worked as BSU comes up with a big stop forcing the Sun Devils to settle for a 2nd straight FG as Flaherty connects from 41 yds. (23-20). with 3:43 to play.
The tough decisions keep on coming as BSU is stopped short on a 4th and 2 with 1:56 to play.. Out of timeouts, Miller rolls the dice yet again and sends out Gutierrez for the 34 yd FG as BSU ties the game up (23-23).
Arizona wasted little time moving the ball down field as 5* Freshman QB Jamie Cuevas leads the offense into FG range 1 more time and Chester Flaherty comes out and knocks down the game winner..
FINAL SCORE ARIZONA STATE-26 BOISE STATE-23
**Cuevas was a 5* Recruit from Seattle WA that BSU and ASU battled over all season last year, before he choose ASU. BSU then lost out on their other 5* Recruit D. Harris to Oregon 2 weeks later.**

GAME RECAP
Boise State moved to (6-1) with a victory in Boulder this week to keep their playoffs hopes alive but it wasn't very pretty.. After scoring a record 112 points in their Week 1 win over Memphis, BSU went on to score 50, 52 and 58 in wins over TCU, Auburn and FIU. However since Week 5 BSU is averaging less then 30 PPG including just 24 points in their loss last week against Arizona State.
BSU failed to put points on the scoreboard in the 1st Quarter as Colorado took a (3-0) lead,.but using a combo of Tyler Fry, Randal Amerson and Jermarcus Boykins in the backfield BSU would manage to rack 100 yds rushing in the 2nd Quarter including a 6 yd TD run by Fry to take a (7-3) lead into the locker room.
Colorado has it's own offensive struggles though and would have to settle for a FG to open up the 2nd half making it (7-6) before Boise State adds another touchdown as Fry breaks free for a 23 yd score making it (14-6) midway through the 3rd Quarter. BSU would then add another score late in the 3rd Quarter as Tua Draft finds TE Josh Flaherty on a 16 yd strike to give BSU the (21-6) lead going into the 4th.
Colorado opened up the 4th with a huge play as SR QB Jon Clements (90 Ovr) hits SR WR Darmarious Reddick (86 Ovr) on a 66 yd bomb as the Buffs cut the lead to (21-13). A forced punt would lead to another Colorado FG make it (21-16).. Again Colorado's Defense would keep the Buffs in the game as they come up with a huge stop on 4th and 2 but the Bronco Defense forces yet another FG with 3:43 to play making it (21-19).
Using the 3 headed monster for most of the game at RB, Miller turned to Randall Amerson in the 4th, and the Redshirt Sophomore delivered carrying the ball 9 times before Draft finds Bettis in the endzone for a 22 yd score to make it (27-19) with under 2 minutes to play. Miller would leave the offense on the field despite the 8 point lead ad Draft hits Bettis for the 2pt conversion. Colorado would turn the ball over on downs on their final drive as BSU heads back to Boise to prepare for the Week 10 matchup with Oregon
