Palladino swaps between the 3-4-2-1 and 4-2-3-1 with wingers/wingbacks flying forward either way. High press, building from the back. Anti-catenaccio fella.

Hopefully 3-4-2-1 plays ok in FC 26. That shit in FC 25 is suicidal defensively.

Probably going to use the 4-2-3-1 more often since that's what he used at Fiorentina

Not having transfer funds is going to set back a new manager but the squad is in good shape for the Championship.

Tanganga is one of my favorite players and can be a RB and CB. Mee and Godfrey have plenty of experience in defense. I remember Riedewald always played better at CDM than his rating showed when I had him at Crystal Palace.

This looks like a fun team to start with.
