Making Good On My Promise.

Since my random twitter interaction with WWE wrestler Mandy Rose, I decided to actually follow through with her request to see her perform. With an upcoming Tuesday night off on Dec. 8, I decided that's the day I'll fly to Orlando to see a live viewing of WWE's NXT.



Mandy sent me her cell phone number & said to contact her about getting through to her backstage.



When I finally caught up with her she had just finished getting her finishing touches complete.

"Hey it's so nice to meet you." I said as I walked up to her while she was patiently waiting for her match to start.

"Hi!" She said with a giant grin. I could tell she was either star struck or just nervous to meet me.

"I didn't think for a minute you would actually show up!"

I laughed.

"Hey I'm looking forward to seeing your performance tonight. I'm a wrestling fan for sure. I don't tune in anymore because I'm so busy but hey. I'm here because I have a new favorite wrestler now." I responded while gently putting my hand on her shoulder.

"That's fair because I've been your biggest fan forever." She said with a blush. "Are you hungry? We don't have much to offer for catering, but there's a ton of pancakes in here."



We both started laughing & began to cut up more about life on the road as an athlete & entertainer until it was time for her match to start.

"You better hurry to your seat so you can see me during my entrance." She began to lightly nudge away me as we both said goodbye.



The crowd was loud as everyone seems to love Mandy Rose. What's not to love?
