Addressing The Media.
"Tiny, yesterday on First Take, Stephen A. Smith said you could be the topic of discussion next month as a potential trading piece for the New York Knicks. What do you have to say back to that?"
"Stephen said that?"
The reporter nodded & also pointed out the tweet sent out as well.
"Wow, man. The gossip doesn't stop does it? All I have to say is my personal life has never affected my ability to take over a basketball game, or any sport for that matter. My mental health is great. I've got my daughters, what more can I ask for?"
"Is there anything you would like to say back to him?"
"No, man. Stephen know's where to find me. I'll be in the arena tonight if he has something he wants to say to my face."
"Are you and Liberty Seydoux getting back together?"
"Next question." Tiny said with a smug look in the direction of the reporter who asked.
"Reports came out yesterday that as the defending slam dunk champion, you've already confirmed your spot in this year's contest. Care to give us a little more insight on how you plan to prepare for that?"
"I've got some stuff up my sleeve that no one's seen before but that's not my focus. I'm trying to earn my first NBA All-Star spot. I believe I deserve it & would love to share the court with all of the best players in the NBA today."
"You've certainly made a case for yourself this season as one of the league's most exciting players. What's it been like playing with all of these basketball legends every night?"
"Playing with this team has been unreal. I styled my game after Dwyane Wade, so to be able to share the floor with him 4 years into the NBA is a real treat. Chris & I didn't get to go on full display in Phoenix but we've got the green light here in New York. Melo's taught me a lot about surviving in the New York atmosphere, from well you guys, & of course LeBron James is the greatest basketball ever so all of that combined creates this incredible feeling of desire. And I speak for everybody when I say that. #32 can't do it alone. #6 can't do it alone. We want a championship this summer & we plan on delivering. Unless Stephen A trades me out of here, haha."
"Tonight you're going up against a Brooklyn Nets team that has struggled the past couple of seasons to get off the ground. What's your strategy tonight going to head to head against James Harden?
"Play my game of basketball & make it as difficult for the Nets to stop us as possible."
"Thank you, Tiny. That's all questions for now, Tiny will be accepting more questions at the post-game press conference.
