Not a Westbrook fan?



Tiny's a part-time Westbrook fan. He's over there on the bench praying that this 3 goes in
I'm not mad that they signed him to back up Tiny. I did free agency for the Knicks this past offseason so this entire Trail Blazers' team they put together themselves.
I personally really like Russ so I was hyped to see him as the backup. Tiny's played with a lot of legends that have retired (including CP3, Bron, & Melo!) & now Russell Westbrook is next on that list.



But he's also not the only backup point guard on this roster to announce their retirement..



I wish I could say I'd like to send them out with rings (Russ won one in 2022 with the Lakers) but that feels like a bit of a stretch at this point We have until the deadline to try to make some noise. The #3 pick Channing Floyd could get me something pretty solid.

Despite seeing a decrease in scoring & assists, Sakai still played like a true competitor against us.

Rookie of the Year statistics: 16.7 PPG, 2.8 RPG, 9.3 APG, 2.3 SPG

Current statistics: 14.3 PPG, 2.6 RPG, 7.4 APG, 2.5 SPG

Also worth noting, Sakai is tied with Dejounte Murray for the league leader in steals per game at 2.5.

We’re clawing our way back up towards .500, but our future is still up in the air.

New Orleans is going to figure it out. Probably getting used to Randle replacing Zion & Davion Mitchell still finding his groove alongside Sauce.

Any time Porter gets a double double bossing in the post. I expect he’ll be one of the best bigs in the league someday in here. If not the best.

I must say tho Gheorghe Paven at 7’5” also has a chance to be the best. Shaq & Yao in the modern era.

I liked him back in his OKC days, but seeing him in his fourth team in four years (IRL) bugged me a little bit. Also seeing him shoot brick after brick hasn't been a good sight.

Thanks a lot for that mane. I've absolutely put a lot of time in on this chise & it continues to surprise me just how much fun it still is. Glad you're still rocking with us & we were able to fix Cash in season 2. Dude's been ballin since we upped his tendencies.
