The Birthplace of College Football
In the shadow of scarlet banners and centuries-old tradition, Rutgers stands where college football first took root. On November 6, 1869, a spirited clash between Rutgers and Princeton ignited a legacy that would evolve into one of America’s most beloved sports. With a final score of 6–4, Rutgers claimed victory—and history—as the birthplace of college football.

Rutgers is solid and the north east surprisingly has a lot of talent recruiting, at least did in 25. I snagged some beasts at Syracuse.

The amount of times Rutgers stole commits from me. Seeing their logo may have given me a smidge of PTSD. But, excellent choice.
Let's fucking go.
