:baze: we still getting by against the weaker early schedule - we got Cleveland after the break then after that another match against Cleveland, Chicago, and Indy are the only relatively easy games. Rodgers will be tested late thats for sure

Oh, alright :drose:
I made sure Ramsay covered him all game :pgdead:

only exceptions was when we ran zone coverage and he moved outside the zone. The screen was Ramsay breaking up a would be touchdown in the 4th Q. Jettas had it and Ramsay laid the wood

Steelers Announce Extensions For Warren & Austin After Bye Week

Image

Pittsburgh, PA. - The Pittsburgh Steelers made headlines earlier this year by securing T.J. Watt to the largest non-quarterback contract in NFL history. Now, the front office is doubling down on its offensive core, finalizing two-year extensions with running back Jaylen Warren (2 years, $9.2M) and wide receiver Calvin Austin (2 years, $12M).

“Both Cal and Jaylen have had a huge role in the offense this year and earned these extensions,” said GM Omar Khan.

When Pittsburgh drafted Kaleb Johnson in the third round last spring, many assumed Warren’s days in the Steel City were numbered. Instead, the Steelers appear committed to the modern “committee” approach—much like the Warren–Najee Harris tandem that carried the load in recent seasons. So far, it’s paying off.

Warren has erupted out of the gates with 502 rushing yards on 77 carries through just four games, while Johnson has contributed 137 yards and two touchdowns as a steady complement.

Meanwhile, Calvin Austin has quietly emerged as one of the Steelers’ most efficient weapons. With defenses locked in on DK Metcalf, Austin has become a red-zone difference-maker, hauling in four touchdowns on only 13 receptions. He currently ranks third among Pittsburgh’s receivers and remains a vital deep threat to stretch the field opposite Metcalf.

Together, these moves signal the Steelers’ commitment to building a balanced, versatile attack—one that doesn’t just rely on star power, but on depth and playmaking across the board.
