Slow, gritty, incredibly rewarding.
This is the “start from nothing and shock the world” rebuild.

• You control the identity (air raid, option, spread, power)
• Every single recruit feels earned
• When you crack the playoff? It feels legendary

Challenges
• Recruiting is HARD early
• Smaller conference = no margin for error
• Takes longer to become a powerhouse

if you're going for a rebuild then UTSA. Florida may be down now, but with the recruiting pipelines you'd be back up in less than two seasons

Yea that was my concern with My Gators. They are my team and I love them, but we are ass. Saying that so is FSU, so I would be losing recruits to Bama, UGA and Miami.

UTSA have some nice jerseys and look extremely hard, so many players in Texas to compete with when it comes to recruiting.

I would also vote Florida

Florida just because the conference is fun and playing Miami yearly could be really fun
