Happy New Year and welcome to my newest project! Decided to join a buddy's online team builder dynasty where four of us created brand new universities to take over the college football world. I will start by introducing my team, and will also give you guys a look at the other 3 teams.
We will be rolling with the Gulf Coast University Barracudas, out of Miami, Florida, who will be taking the place of Florida International University. Our rivals (FAU) will be replaced with the Daytona State Thunderbirds so we will have a user rivalry. The other two universities are the Boston Commonwealth Highlanders (replacing Old Dominion) and the Freeport State Devil Wave (replacing Jacksonville State).
Coach Rob Royal will be the first head coach in program history, and he will bring an aggressive up-tempo no huddle spread option attack that focuses on running the ball and using a stable of backs. Leading the way will be senior halfback Kejon Owens, who is the team's highest rated player (88 ovr) and quarterback Keyone Jenkins. Their ability to execute the spread option will be key if the Barracudas want any success early on.

Barracudas Open Season With Dominant Win
Miami, FL — The Gulf Coast University Barracudas defeated FCS Northwest 41-10 for their first win in school history.
The brand new football program out of Miami, FL showcased their aggressive no huddle spread option attack led by running back Kejon Owens. The 5’11”, 210 lb east/west playmaker finished the game with 173 all-purpose yards and 3 scores, garnering C-USA offensive player of the week honors.
But it was the defense that really shined, holding the Stallions scoreless in the second half while recording 9 sacks and 2 picks.

Boston Commonwealth made a statement in its first-ever game, rolling past the FCS West Titans 40–7 to open the 2025 season.
The Highlanders set the tone early behind a dominant ground attack led by sophomore RB Devin Roche, who earned Player of the Game honors with 177 rushing yards on 25 carries and a touchdown. Roche’s physical running powered an offense that controlled the tempo from the opening drive.
QB Colton Joseph delivered a historic moment, scoring the first touchdown in program history on a 4-yard triple-option keeper as BCU jumped out to an early lead it would never relinquish.
Defensively, the Highlanders were relentless, recording eight sacks and consistently disrupting the Titans’ offense. With a commanding advantage in the second half, Boston Commonwealth leaned on its run game to control the clock and close out a convincing debut victory.
A strong start for a new program — and just the beginning for Highlander football.

This looks like a lot of fun!
Any stability issues?
I love how our uniforms look in game. Our commish created everything in teambuilder, we just sent him details and he made it all happen. Dude killed it with the uniforms! Also forgot to mention we used a team builder version of UAB to up their recruiting grades to hopefully keep up with the users, as well as switching Sam Houston State with a TB team as well.
