Wasn’t until I got out here that I realized “public” can really mean “more responsibilities without benefits” - in Minnesota, the question with funding the University was always about “how much?”

He scared to go toe to toe with Harvard on the Bayou though :letsgo:

He only cares about LSU in typical Oh La La graduate fashion

Tulane out here being a shining example of why academic freedom is important (even if they’re just hatin’ lol). Texas schools could never :drose:

After their report that New Orleans needs to be abandoned immediately, they just put out a new study that Mardi Gras is not profitable and New Orleans should consider reducing it.
  • Chillcavern7 minutes ago
And that shit’s expensive to print (and…not covered by the grant :rip:)

Yeah. It's a difficult client too so the account manager is skittish
  • Chillcavern7 minutes ago
Every time we make a poster we run into the same thing :drose:
  • Chillcavern7 minutes ago
Shit that happens with printing though
  • Caesar9 minutes ago
Because I keep sending them to my team like "hey, make sure you give me all the changes." They do. Ask for a revision. Printer sends it back. "Check it one more time." *three more revisions* Rinse, repeat.

Y'all were talking about efficiency earlier and I feel bad about something at work because I've made a printer make six revisions to some brochures :dead:

I asked that question too djp. What makes it worse is it's for a 32x40. Like...even if you agree on an 8' tall wall, you're going to have to use BCIs to span 32' unless you want to throw a bunch of structural walls inside the pole barn, which would then defeat the purpose of having a giant pole barn lmao

I emailed her twice with how the formula worked. She insisted 16' tall wall. So I drew her a picture in MS Paint :pgdead:
"Slope go high low. If wall same, slope no go high low. Wall different, slope go high low." :smart:
