Saving KG: Rewriting T-Wolves History

All about saving KG and the man breaks his leg at 21 years old, cruel twist of fate.

I agree on the Nash over AI, or even Ray Allen decision. Completely makes sense to get a pass first PG to pair with KG, but man that pick of the three of them is tough.

Personality wise Jackson and KG seems like it'll either be perfect or it'll be disastrous. A lot of alpha energy between those two.

Funny how the Jazz get completely neutered in this run with the Rockets taking the 97 and 98 Finals trips in their place. Did the Bulls win three-straight titles "authentically", or did you help out to keep the history generally accurate?

Ha, right? Bad for him, good for me and the franchise longterm. A healthy KG, and the Wolves probably flirt with 40-ish wins and a playoff birth, then landing a mid-teens pick.

Such a tough choice. Could've made great arguments for all three of them and I actually saved and "slept on" the decision overnight because I was torn. Nash just felt right.

I agree and that's why I traded him last season when I knew it was over. Jackson stunk during KG's absence and I decided to cut my losses.

A combo of both. It made writing my season summaries/stories easier when it came to finding pictures and streamlining the process. They won the '96 and '97 titles organically. I admittedly had to quit and re-sim one series in the '98 playoffs. The first go through they lost in the ECF, 4-3. Re-simmed it and they swept or win in 5 I believe, and that justified it in my opinion.

In my very biased opinion, KG has a strong argument for top 15 all-time. In some alternate/parallel universe, he's a consensus top 5-10 player all-time. His FO botched his prime years so badly.

that reminds me, my biggest gripe with KGs game is all those damn long 2s he used to take. Man would execute the pick n pop, but stay one step inside the 3 point line. JUST STEP BACK MAYNE!

5-2 is a solid start
