Got to love it when a Top 3 and potentially the best player in the draft falls to you at #6..
You have no idea. I was pretty much aligned to the fact I was going Stirtz or Acuff to help our PG situation, and I even still considered Acuff with AJ on the board, but I couldn’t pass up the chance of taking him. I cannot wait to get him on the practice floor and see what his game is like.

2K's terrible realism showing up in the draft and the HOF. I know that the NBA HOF is kinda a joke right now, but at least keep it a joke in 2K. Horford, Love and Jordan are all likely HOFers in today's world. You could make the case for Lowry too. Not arguing they should get in, but they probably will.

Then the Draft. My god, that's awful. I'll give you credit for riding it out. I 100% would have stopped, stepped in as those teams and made the draft go Peterson-Boozer-Dybantsa (in some order). Great luck for you but just another example of 2K not really making any sense at all at times. The game's terrible draft mechanics really ruins the hype and storyline of "these are definitely the top 3 picks" like we see in the real world, this class or any other for that matter.

I'm usually one that is looking to maximize realism myself. When it comes to the Hall of Fame class, I'm not all that concerned since it not longer affects what's happening in the franchise. I agree that Horford would definitely get in. Love, Jordan and Lowry would probably get in as well but that's more so because it has really just become the Hall-of-Very Good.

The draft, obviously I was excited that Dybantsa fell to me, but it has made me realize that I need to keep separate save files to be able to go back in time and make corrections. I know I can change the selections but I had it on auto save and wasn't able to go back and change my user team settings to be able to jump in and change the picks. That will definitely change going forward for me as I don't want any help from the ridiculous AI going on in the background.

nice realism going through the summer league and stuff, top tier reporting :golfclap:

Also :stunned: at Dybansta

dream scenario for the Mavericks. #1 overall prospect essentially in back-to-back drafts

future is looking bright indeed

I’ve found a series of draft classes that someone created that were highly touted so I figured why not use them and really dive in to their games’? Every class comes with its on slideshow of prospect info slides, multiple rankings and back stories, so that will come in handy when it comes to preparing info for the upcoming draft classes.

Landing Dybantsa is a dream come true. Cannot wait to get him on the floor with Cooper Flagg. As of right now, it’s looking like he will start the season as our 6th man as Max Christie will most likely start to give us a legitimate three-point threat, but AJ will backup Christie at the 2 and Flagg at the 3 for as many minutes as he can handle.

No moves made by Portland in FA.? Would've liked to see them take Ament in the draft especially after letting Williams leave.. I feel like the need a true PF with Lillard, Henderson, Deni and Holiday they got plenty of guy's who can run the point.

I only listed out the notable signings. Many teams made some very fringe signings, which is where I believe Portland fell. Like you said. Robert Williams left and they didn't fill that spot.

While I agree they probably didn't *need* Flemings, he's definitely a better prospect than Ament both now and going forward. Could this be the end of Scoot in Portland?
