do you usually have Flagg work out of the Iso/PNR or do you run set plays for him?

That's how I started getting Ace going, running off-ball screens for him. Obviously his outside rating exploding helped too, but he does a lot better on C&S then off the dribble. Could be the key to unlocking Kyrie too. Pick and pop with Coop then some off-ball work for him to get some easy shots up

I’ll work Flagg on the PnR much more than ISO but most of his touches come through either running plays for him or getting the ball through our Flow freelance.

Running pick and pop with him and Kyrie would be an interesting wrinkle to roll out.

Clean layout brodie :golfclap:

Jokic really putting in work. 1 assist shy of averaging a triple-double :ooo:

A ton of injuries this season. Yikes. Good thing Dallas is managing to remain healthy.

Nice bounce-back-win revenge win over the Nuggets. You went off. Big game against the Lakers, too.

And what is it with him sucking by year two in MyNBA? I've done quite a few deep sims, and they always suck by 2026-2027 or 2027-2028. LeBron retires, Reeves usually leaves or doesn't progress, and despite having Luka, they suck.

in mine they're still a force with Luka, I wish I was in this universe :kghah:

I think if you guys can keep this up you'll be right where you want in Y2. In the playoffs, but not a threat yet. Then next season, it's on like donkey kong :yep:

Appreciate it. In the past I would always 'chise from my PC that I had much more access to so I could get on to Photoshop and whatnot to make my layouts. Now I'm mostly on my MacBook so editing options are a bit limited. Trying to keep the layout as feasible as possible while still looking presentable.

Jokic is of course ballin' but the Nuggets are really struggling right now. At 9-12 and given the depth of the Western Conference, I wonder if the Nuggets will be stuck in the Play-In this season.

Those last 5 games were simulated so I can't take any credit for the Kyrie 50-bomb or any of the performances we just had. I try to play one and sim four, but I ended up playing a couple in a row so decided to even it out to sim to the end of the month. One thing is clear: the engine LOVES A.J. Dybantsa. It's becoming more and more difficult for me to keep him out of the starting lineup, but I like having that type of go-to scorer off the bench.

The Lakers are beyond brutal right now. LeBron retired after the first season and Austin Reaves bolted for Chicago, of all placed. On Page 14 of this thread, my latest Kevin O'Connor post talked about the plight of the Lakers and how hopeless this current roster looks. It's going to be interesting to see if Luka stays in LA or ends up elsewhere as the Lakers try to restock the cupboards and find the next superstar to build around.

As for the Mavs, I think we are definitely playoff bound. Ideally, I'd love to avoid the Play-In Tournament and earn a real spot in the playoffs, but there's still a lot of season left. Tons of injuries, and luckily none of them are in Dallas, but with an aging Kyrie and the ever-imminent Lively injury, who knows how long our injury luck will last!
