Adil Aouchiche Comes Back to Sunderland for £13M

Aouchiche has joined a slew of players returning to Sunderland in January as well, with the 25 year-old Frenchman signing a 3 year deal worth £40K per week to rejoin the club from fellow Premier League side, Bournemouth.

Timothee Pembele Returns to Sunderland for £11M

Sunderland have brought back 25 year old French right-back, Timothee Pembele for some additional depth at fullback. With the 19 year old Jaxon Marshall showing a bit that he isn't quite ready for a lot of playing time yet, it was critical that Sunderland brought in someone who has proven they can play right-back at the PL level to cover Conor Bradley. Enter Pembele, who spent several years at the club.
