I got Georgia in the Quarter Finals in the Fiesta Bowl. Playing in Glendale is almost a home game for Boise State being how we have played there so much. Honestly Florida/Texas and Clemson/Ole Miss could be some great games. I am sorta pulling for Oklahoma State against Miami.. I have played the Hurricanes multiple times in my Dynasty but I am pretty sure this would be my first time playing the Cowboys.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME

For Boise State playing in Glendale in the Fiesta Bowl is almost like a home game for Bronco nation.. This year's Fiesta Bowl marks the 9th time BSU has played in the game (2006,2010,2014,2017,2023 In Real Life) plus 4 times in this Dynasty including this season., with their only loss coming in the 2023 game vs Penn State.

Coach Miller "
We have had alot of success at the Fiesta Bowl, so we were pretty excited with this year's drawl of first hosting Oklahoma for our chance at win #30 and then getting to play Georgia in Glendale. Our fans love to make the trip and I knew we would see alot of Blue and Orange in the crowd supporting us"
GAME RECAP
The game started out slow as Boise State takes a early (7-0) lead behind a 1 yd TD run by FB Tyler Fry.. Georgia responds with settling for a 24 yd FG to make it (7-3) with 1:49 to play in the 1st. Boise State had a opportunity to add to the lead but Tua Draft's pass intended for Kelian Bettis is picked off in the endzone.

BSU would open thigs up in the 2nd Quarter though scoring 3 times including a pair of short touchdown runs by True Freshman Brian Crum. to extend the lead to (21-3) with less then 4 minutes to play in the half and then with 34 seconds to play on the clock Draft finds Keshaun Buckner for a 26 yd score to make it (28-3) as we head into the locker room.

Georgia opened up the 2nd half with the ball and quickly scored as SR QB Josh Verrett finds Zach Aver on a 49 yd pass as the Bulldogs score in just 4 plays making it (28-10) but Boise State answers back with a big play of their own as Draft finds Tyler Crook over the middle and Crook does the rest taking it 64 yds to the house to make it (35-10).

Georgia appeared to finally find their grove as Verrett and Avery hook up again for a big play score (39 yds) making it (35-17) but Draft answers back yet again this time finding RB Jermarcus Boykins on a screen pass for the 15 yd score to make it (42-17) with 3:26 to play in the 3rd.

Georgia would add the final points of the 3rd Quarter as Elijah Westbrook scores on a 2 yd run to make it (42-24) as we head to the 4th.

For Verrett the 4th Quarter will be something that haunts the Senior forever as it will be his final quarter of his college career. After holding Boise State on the opening drive of the 4th, BSU turns a quick punt into points as they pin Georgia inside the 5yd line leading to a sack on Verrett for a Safety. making it (44-24). A bad Punt gives BSU solid field position and Brian Crum delivers his 3rd rushing touchdown of the gam to make it (51-24).

Verrett would then throw the first of 2 INT's in the final 5 minutes of the game with the first setting BSU for another quick score, as Coach Miller inserts the backups on both sides of the ball, SR QB D'Andre Webb fires a 6 yd strike to 3rd string True Freshman TE Larry Ika to extend the lead to (58-24). INT #2 would lead to a 42 yd FG by Diego Gutierrez making it (61-24) with 3 minutes to play.

Despite trailing by 36 points Georgia would elect to kick a 32 yd FG with 1:00 minute to play making it (61-24) but BSU wasn't done as Miler sends out Gutierrez 1 more time as the Senior kicks a 52 yd FG as time expires.
FINAL SCORE BOISE STATE-64 GEORGIA-27
Miller "
We don't know what the future holds for us in our next game and I wanted Gutierrez to have a chance to knock down another FG from 50+. Gutierrez is 11/18 on 50+ attempts in is career including 4/5 this season. but he doesn't do that unless we give him opportunities to try"

BRONCOS COME UP SHORT IN 3-PEAT BID!!!

GAME RECAP

Miami was able to accomplish something most teams have not been able to do as they Hurricanes hold Boise State to just 12 yds rushing in the 1st Quarter leading to several early punts by Mitch Lauderdale to take a early (14-6) lead in the 1st Quarter. The run defense continued to hold Brian Crum and company in check for most of the 2nd Quarter as well until Crum finally broke free for a 30 yd TD run late in the half but Miami answers back with their 4th TD of the half to take a (31-13) lead into the locker room.

Boise State's offensive woes would continue in the 3rd Quarter as BSU turnovers the ball over on downs once and fumbles away another drive leading to a (38-13) lead by Miami going into the 4th.

Trailing by 4 scores, BSU is forced to abandon the run as Draft tries to rally the troops with a comeback. Draft first finds Kelian Battis on a 29 yd score to make it (38-20). Then after forcing a quick 3 and out, Draft goes to the air and in 1 play has the Broncos on the scoreboard again as he hits Tyler Crook on a 81 yd bomb making it( (38-27) with 5 minutes to play.. Another forced punt gives Boise State the ball back with 3:31 to play and Draft goes back work leading a 6 play drive ending with a 21 yd TD to Crook.. BSU would leave the Offense on the field and convert the 2pt play to make it (38-35) with 2:12 to play..

Still armed with all 3 timeouts Miller elects not to attempt the onside kick and instead hopes his Defense can hold the Hurricanes for a 3rd straight 3 and out series. Miami however has other plans as SO RB Carl Uzomah (94 ovr) picks up a much needed 1st down.. After allowing the clock to run down to the 2 minute warning BSU burns all 3 timeouts tying to get the ball back but a 26 yd run by backup RB Forrestt Farris (84 Ovr) seals the deal for the Hurricanes go into Victory formation to kill the clock.

What do you find is the easiest to capture pick's and game footage.. I am old and to be honest I think the last time I used game pics was back in NCAA13 or 14 when you could run a online dynasty and save pics and videos straight to your online server and then share that way.
