‣ CFB 2029 Regular Season Week 5 - Ohio Stadium, Columbus, Ohio
(4-0, 2-0 ACC) #2 Miami Hurricanes at Ohio State Buckeyes (2-2, 0-1 Big Ten)
MIA | 14 | 17 | 13 | 14 | 58
tOSU | 7 | 0 | 0 | 3 | 10
Miami's dominance continues, this time with rout of Buckeyes in Columbus
An 85-yard touchdown pass on the first play from scrimmage followed by an eleven play drive to go up 14-0 and take all of the energy out of Ohio Stadium. Miami lit Ohio State's secondary up in the first half and then pulverized the Buckeyes defense with the running game in the second half, putting up nearly 700 yards of total offense in another dominating 58-10 win for the Hurricanes on Saturday.
Tyree Stubbs' 50-yard completion to Ramon Beckford on a catch and run did make it a one score game heading into the second quarter but it was short lived as Keke Hagg led the Hurricanes right down the field to extend the lead and Ohio State never recovered as the Hurricanes rallied off 36 unanswered points from the start of the second quarter until Kaseem Dalton's 72-yard touchdown run.
Hagg finished the game 25 of 29 for 321 yards and four touchdowns, passing Ken Dorsey in Miami's record books for most career passing touchdowns with the 85-yard completion to Aidan Teague on the first play of the game.
