Week 4 Preview: vs. Fresno State Bulldogs
Record: 0-3, 0-1 Pac-12
Head Coach: Mitchell Schrader
Offensive Scheme: Power Spread
Defensive Scheme: 4-2-5

Team Schedule
at #20 Texas Tech (3-0): L 42-31
vs. #6 UCLA (3-0): L 31-21
vs. California (3-1): L 34-6

Team Leaders
Passing: Tobias Hendrix 50 cmp%, 582 yards, 3 TD, 2 INT, 103.6 passer rating
Rushing: Ricardo Barkow 118 yards, 3.5 ypc, 3 TD
Receiving: Rakkim John 8 receptions, 138 yards, TD
Defense: Leon Maybin 20 tackles, 2 INT

Injuries
Image EDGE Kevin Pagel (Sophomore) Abdominal Tear (Out)
Image T Joe Nunn Torn Labrum (Out)

Players to Watch
Image QB Tobias Hendrix (R-Sr) | 6′3″, 204LBS | 85 OVR, 89 SPD, 92 ACC, 77 AWR, 86 THP, 85 SAC, 79 MAC, 77 DAC
Fresno State isn't as bad as their record suggests as they've played three quality teams, including two playoff contenders in Texas Tech and UCLA. Hendrix hasn't found his form from last year where he threw for 3,558 yards and twenty five touchdowns with just five interceptions. He's already thrown two this season and is completing just 50 percent of his passes and comes across a Stanford defense that does yield yards but has also played some really talented quarterbacks and intercepted them plenty.

Image CB Quintin Brewer (Jr) | 6′1″, 192LBS | 80 OVR, 88 SPD, 88 ACC, 99 COD, 80 MCV, 77 ZCV, 82 PRESS
Rodney Cookus is coming off a great performance and will likely be matched up against Brewer. Brewer is also coming off a great game against Cal where he had two interceptions, the first of his career. The Toledo transfer has been a bright spot for Fresno State's winless season and will be tested early and often.

Image LB/S Leon Maybin (R-Sr) | 5′11″, 186LBS | 76 OVR, 85 SPD, 88 ACC, 67 AWR, 67 TKL, 33 BSH, 81 MCV, 88 ZCV
The Bulldogs moved Maybin to linebacker after he had 66 tackles last season with seven pass breakups. The undersized converted safety has been pretty good with two interceptions against UCLA and then had nine tackles and a pass breakup against California. He'll be tested against this Stanford running game that features a physical running back in Rashawn Crouse.

Hard Rock Bet™
Spread: Stanford -31.5
Moneyline: Fresno State +2500
Over: 59.5

Place your bets and I'll keep track of your winnings/loss throughout the season. The winner's (by percentage with a minimum of 16 bets placed) team of choice will get a rating's bump and choose which conference to be the commissioner of for the following season to select my schedule. The second place will have second choice on which conference and so forth for third and fourth place.

Saw some solid cracks in that foundation but like you said, Mizzou was a tough game.

Assuming we can't do ML with a spread this wide, I'll take Stanford to cover and the over.
