You gotta increase the quality on these screenshots. Zoom in more, drop the DoF a bit. Rookie level screenshots.
I kind of like the zoomed out, scenic screenshots instead of the close up running shots. everyone does that. #oneofone

Miami Hurricanes land three commitments from the Sunshine State's best
Eddie Fernandez -- 247 Sports Miami Insider
It was a big recruiting weekend for the Miami Hurricanes with three commitments to help soothe the loss of four-star linebacker Luis Bueno to Florida State.
The first commitment was from four-star receiver David Tompkins, who is playing quarterback this season for Fort Myers High School. An explosive and instinctive athlete, Tompkins has been making highlight reel catches since he was an eight grader playing varsity football. He's got good agility and is incredibly productive with the ball in his hands. He really showcased his receiver abilities on the 7-on-7 circuit, stamping him as more than just an athlete playing the position.
He'll need to clean up his route running and timing, especially as he's projected to be a slot receiver at the next level but there's plenty of reasons for Miami fans and coaches to be excited about beating out Florida State for Tompkins.
Lining up against Tompkins for years to come in practice will be Max Hakim, the talented cornerback out of Broward County. Some some might argue that Hakim is better suited at safety, a position he played the previous two years at Monarch High School before moving to corner this season for Dillard. Whether at corner or safety, Hakim is a high IQ player that understands coverage and does a good job of sniffing out route combinations.
Miami's final commitment of the weekend was from left tackle Alex Kenyon, who the coaching staff believe can come in right away and be a two-deep player. He's got the length at six-foot-seven and the technique to become Miami's left tackle of the future. He had a standout game against IMG Academy two years as a sophomore and has been a top 80 player since with many within the program feeling that they're getting a five-star level talent in Kenyon. Georgia and Florida were involved in his recruitment as well.
While the Hurricanes are on a bye week, they will be hosting some recruits throughout the week, most notably quarterback Bernie Flowers. Miami's decision to go all in on the diminutive Flowers surprised many this summer but it appears that the Hurricanes are close to closing the deal with Flowers at the quarterback of the class.

About what I expected. He 'feels' a lot faster when he's scrambling vs. designed read option plays which haven't really worked.

Bye Week Report: Did Miami fix their offense or was Central Michigan just ripe for the pickings?
Manny Ledo -- The Miami Herald Sports Columnist
Everything looked on point last Saturday with Emory Williams distributing the ball to his playmakers and once he was in the game, Keke Hagg was using his legs to extend drives and make the defense have to account for him as a runner. This is the vision that offensive coordinator Chris Weinke had for the passing offense, not the disaster classes in the first three weeks of the year.
It's unclear how much Miami can take from the Central Michigan game since it was against, well, Central Michigan. They are without a doubt the least talented team on Miami's schedule which features two ranked opponents next in Pitt and Clemson, followed by a Virginia Tech team that is more talented than their record currently suggests.
They'll be without top receiver Jeremiah Smith, who the coaching staff has all but confirmed will not play this season. There's also growing concerns in the rumor mill that Smith, who came to Miami after one season at Ohio State, might not exactly be rushing back to play in an offense that can't consistently get him the ball.
The next month for Miami football might be some of the most important in Mario Cristobal's tenure so far as it seems like the program is on the brink of regressing.

Midseason Award - Most Valuable Player
Senior cornerback Damari Brown had four interceptions on the year and has been solid in coverage as well.
Another option, offensively, would be running back Mark Fletcher Jr. who has kept the offense afloat amid their struggles in the passing game. He was an unsung hero in the South Carolina win, rushing for over 103 yards and if Miami had kept him more involved in the Boise State game, only thirteen carries, maybe those pick sixes don't happen.
Midseason Award - Most Improved Player
Not a lot of options here but maybe Isaiah Horton? He has seven receptions for 92 yards and a touchdown, including an impressive catch in traffic and then breaking away from the defender to pick up 29-yards against Central Michigan.
Last year, he caught thirteen passes all season so he is well on his way to eclipse that and has emerged as a reliable, big target which the quarterbacks currently need.
Midseason Award - Best Freshman
This is a runaway and it's receiver Davon Momah, who has shades of Jeremiah Smith is in his game.
He had a long completion called back due to a penalty but even with that, he still finished with 74 yards against Central Michigan. The only game this year that he has failed to crack the 70-yard mark was against Notre Dame, where he managed to score a touchdown. He's big, physical and lightning fast with a good feel for when to throttle his speed and settle into a zone against the defense, similar to Smith.
If the passing game can come online, expect a big year from Momah.
Midseason Superlative - Most Disappointing Unit
We'll split this 'award' between the quarterbacks, specifically Emory Williams, and the offensive line.
Frankly, if the offensive line was better, Williams wouldn't have the season he's been having. Last year, with better protection, he threw for 208 yards and had just five interceptions in 307 pass attempts. Just 113 attempts into the year, he's already thrown five picks and has been sacked seven times compared to just thirteen all of last year.
Miami has already started two different units out there this season, benching Brian Grant and Ryan Rodriguez after a terrible opener against South Carolina but Samson Okunlola and Matthew McCoy have continued to struggle as well.

Hurricanes get their quarterback of the class, their first five-star in busy recruiting weekend
Eddie Fernandez -- 247 Sports Miami Insider
The Miami Hurricanes now have the nation's top recruiting class after receiving commitments from five players this week, including five-star tight end Orlando Lord and five-star cornerback Adrian McCune.
Miami also got commitments from four-star quarterback Bernie Flowers, running back Quincy Dukes and Tampa linebacker Eric Dixon.
Flowers was an interesting target for Miami this summer as he doesn't fit the mold of the previous quarterbacks the Hurricanes have targeted, perhaps a sign of a shift under new offensive coordinator Chris Weinke. More of an athlete than a passer, Flowers' tape at Lakeland High School is extremely fun to watch with his ability to extend plays, break out of sacks and make impressive throws even when he's off platform. He needs to improve his accuracy on intermediate to deep throws and he needs more experience within a developed passing game instead of being asked to be an athlete.
At running back, there's a lot to like about Quincy Dukes and how he fits into the room that Miami is building. They have a bruiser in Maurice Rugamba, a versatile back in Deron Tryon and now Dukes who is absolutely electric in open space. Similar to Chris Johnson Jr, Dukes might never be an effective every down running back but he has the speed and elusiveness to be an absolute nightmare for ten to fifteen touches a game for defenses.
The Hurricanes' tight end room continues to improve with the addition of Orlando Lord who is as reliable as they come with his ability as a pass catcher. There's plenty of room for improvement in terms of his physicality and run blocking but the traits are there for Tight End U to continue with Lord down the line.
Miami's impressive secondary recruiting continues with McCune, who is their fourth five-star defensive back commitment since last year. He's got the size and length to be an effective boundary corner but also has the experience in the slot.
It wasn't all wins for Miami on the recruiting trail as top safety target James Rheem committed to Florida State. Rheem is the second player in as many weeks that Miami has lost out to Florida State. Miami did beat out the Seminoles for Lord, McCune, Dukes and Dixon.
