Huskies schedule first official visit as team looks to make it a priority to bolster the trenches

Next week, Millis (Mass.) three-star interior offensive lineman Jameson Vick is scheduled to visit with the UConn Huskies as they host the FAU Owls.

The 6-foot-2, 288-pounder announced on Thursday that he has locked in two official visits, set to begin next weekend with a trip to Storrs, Connecticut. He will then head to visit with Boston College in early November. The Huskies currently sit in second, behind BC, in Vick's latest interest board. He's also considering Northwestern.

The Huskies also have two scholarships out to interior linemen George Anger and Jean Campanaro, as well as an offer to defensive tackle Derek Brutus.

In the game they’re listed a little more specifically like LG or RG or C.. I feel like it’s a little more realistic to list them here just as interior lineman because LGs and RGs are interchangeable and during the position change phase, they could alter a bit. Does that sound right?

Looks tough af too. Actually I think Brutus is also pretty badass. Best part of CFB is the recruiting and personas that develop over time.
