big fan of that weekly wrap up, very concise but has a good amount of information :yup:

Thanks, mate, I wanted to give the key information but also didn't want it to take me ages, this is a nice little recap that's quite easy to change (as long as I make sure the records are right)

Thanks for the heads up, i fixed the GT recap.

Good win over GT. Team starting to shape up
We are starting to see different guys contribute, so that's a good thing. Thanks for following.

The team is starting to look good. I see a bowl game possibly coming your way with the recent wins.
Yeah we are starting to gel now, after starting 0-2. we have a hell of a run the next 4 games, Ranked Louisville, Ranked Miami, Ranked Florida State and 5-3 Virginia to close out the season.. so its going to be a tough ask, if i can finish between 7-8 wins, i will be stoked.

🏈 Hokies Continue to Bolster Defensive with Robledo and Katula Additions
Virginia Tech continued building the backbone of its future defense with the commitments of 4-star inside linebacker Brian Robledo and 2-star athlete Calvin Katula—a pairing that brings both proven talent and intriguing upside to Blacksburg.

Brian Robledo, a 5'11", 244-pound enforcer from Washington, Maryland, is one of the most physical defenders in the region. Ranked No. 243 nationally, No. 6 in the state, and No. 17 among MIKE linebackers, Robledo is a compact wrecking ball who thrives between the tackles. With a relentless motor, sharp diagnostic skills, and natural leadership traits, he’s expected to be a tone-setter in the middle of the Hokies' defense. His style is tailor-made for VT’s aggressive front — and he has the tools to become a multi-year starter.

Meanwhile, Calvin Katula, a 6'3", 201-pound athlete out of Columbia, South Carolina, arrives as a developmental prospect with measurable upside. Though ranked No. 2767 nationally, Katula’s length, range, and versatility stand out on film. He’s a fluid mover with flashes of ball skills and closing speed, and the Hokie staff believes he can grow into a playmaker at receiver or in the secondary. Initially, Katula is expected to contribute on special teams while carving out his role in a deep class.

Together, Robledo and Katula reflect Virginia Tech’s dual-track recruiting approach: proven high-ceiling talent blended with smart, long-term development projects. Both could end up outplaying their stars.

Still picked up two off the board despite the loss. Already 9 games in, might be tough to get out the middle of the pack

Yeah I was happy to get the recruits, however I Have FSU away, Miami at home and then Virginia away to close out the season. I will be happy if I go 6-6 on the season. 2 of the 3 are ranked in the top 15
