Miami's impressive ACC campaign continues with rout of Duke
A year removed from throwing five interceptions against Miami, Duke's Elijah Holiday didn't find much success the second time around, throwing four interceptions in the Blue Devils' 49-14 loss to the Hurricanes on Saturday.

The first half was not without drama as the Hurricanes jumped out to an early 14-0 lead but a pick-six thrown by Bernie Flowers and the failure to pick up a fourth down from their own 32-yard line led Duke tying the game in the second quarter.

Flowers, who threw two first half interceptions, would find his rhythm at the end of the first half, leading Miami to an impressive 97-yard drive with less than two minutes left to retake the lead with a last second scramble into the endzone.

It was all Hurricanes in the second half, who scored 28 unanswered points to remain undefeated in the ACC despite the loss of starting quarterback Keke Hagg. Hagg traveled with the team and went through pre game warm ups before sitting out a third consecutive game as head coach Mario Cristobal said that Hagg is trending towards a return next week.

Miami Hurricanes make the move at quarterback, land rising prospect Tyler Boozer
Eddie Fernandez -- 247 Sports Miami Insider

One of the fastest rising player in the rankings this cycle is heading to Coral Gables as four-star quarterback Tyler Boozer is staying put, picking the Hurricanes over Georgia and North Carolina.

Boozer's recruitment has been fascinating one, going from Jeff Beavers' backup at St. Thomas Aquinas to struggling last season at The Benjamin School but the tools were always there for Boozer who really impressed during the camp circuit and has been sensational for Vero Beach. He's a bit of polarizing prospect with Miami being his first FBS offer just a few weeks ago despite a four-star ranking but with Georgia and North Carolina offering him soon after, Miami's evaluation of Boozer on the surface appears to be the right one.

A dynamic gunslinger who does his best work out of the pocket, Boozer is a fun watch but it's also easy to see why some schools have reservations about him due to his limited physical skills at six-foot with just an adequate arm. He's not as explosive as Bernie Flowers but they play a similar style and similar to Flowers, once Boozer figures a defense out and gets in a groove, he's almost impossible to stop but when he guesses incorrectly, things can go wrong pretty steeply.
