Clemson skipping down the road with wins & losses. If their pattern holds true, this is a good spot for you to pull that W in

‣ CFB 2028 Regular Season Week 12 - Hard Rock Stadium, Miami Gardens, Florida
(5-6, 4-5 ACC) Clemson Tigers at #2 Miami Hurricanes (11-0, 8-0 ACC)
CLEM | 0 | 7 | 3 | 14 | 24
MIA | 7 | 13 | 11 | 7 | 38
No. 1 Miami Hurricanes hold off Clemson in thrilling 38-28 victory
MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. — Keke Hagg threw for 325 yards and three touchdowns, including two long strikes to Davon Momah, as Miami (8-1) edged out Clemson (6-3) 38-28 on Saturday night at Hard Rock Stadium.
The game started fast, with Miami taking an early 7-0 lead after a spectacular 80-yard touchdown pass from Hagg to Momah just 1:33 into the game. Hagg and Momah would strike again in the second quarter, with another long 73-yard touchdown pass to give the Hurricanes a 14-3 advantage.
Clemson responded with a 2-yard touchdown run by Dalvin Jones late in the half, cutting Miami’s lead to 14-10. However, Miami added a pair of field goals from James Rutter, including a 38-yarder as time expired in the second quarter, to make it a 20-10 lead at the half.
The Hurricanes extended their lead in the third quarter when running back Micah Kaapana capped off a 12-play, 75-yard drive with a 5-yard touchdown run. Clemson answered with a 52-yard field goal by Nolan Hauser, but Miami responded with another field goal from Rutter, pushing their lead to 30-13.
Clemson mounted a comeback in the fourth quarter, as quarterback Thomas Horner connected with Von Alexis for a 53-yard touchdown pass to make it 30-21. Miami answered back with a 5-yard touchdown pass from Hagg to Max North to re-establish a 16-point lead at 38-21.
Clemson wasn’t done, as Horner found Jamerson Wade for a 5-yard touchdown pass with 25 seconds left, but it was too late as Miami’s defense held firm to secure the victory.
Hagg finished 23-of-42 passing with three touchdowns and one interception, while Momah was his top target, hauling in six receptions for 157 yards and two touchdowns. Running back Maurice Kaapana added a solid 92 yards on 10 carries, including a touchdown.
Clemson's Horner threw for 335 yards and two touchdowns, with J.P. Ruud catching six passes for 107 yards, but the Tigers' offense couldn't overcome the Miami defense, which sacked Horner six times. Artavius Jones was a standout for the Hurricanes, recording six tackles, four tackles for loss, and three sacks.
Miami's win clinches them a stop in the ACC Championship Game.

moved our best receiver (Davon Momah) to the slot after David Tompkins had a few drops and we started cooking. might be a perma move there. we could have had an even bigger game but out right tackle was essentially a traffic cone
