It's Miller Time 2030 and Beyond. "A Bleed Blue" CF26 Dyansty

Post by Deuce2223 » 02 Oct 2025, 00:37

Making the move over at Redsox turned me onto this site.. I started my reporting career back in the day on the 2Kforums with College Hoops before making the move to the OS Forums, after growing up keeping notebooks full of stats for Hardball Baseball and Fastbreak Basketball on my Commadore 64 then switching to Tecmo Football and RBI Baseball and NCAA Basketball and the Super Nintendo..

I have found I can't play a sports game without wanting to share my success with others even it it's just 1 person reading along.

Last year I used Coach Matt Miller who was a real life Boise State WR who is now a co-offensive coordinator and turned him into a Hall of Fame HC with FIU and Ohio State before ending my thread on CF25.. Rather then start his career as a HC at a small school with CF25, I decided to just stay at Boise State as the OC until Coach "D" took a job elsewhere and then created Miller as the HC which happened at the end of the 2026 season. I just finished my 3rd year as the HC at Boise State and thought it would be nice to start my thread here with the start of a new season... Thus the tile "2030 and Beyond. My plan is to stay a Boise State for my career in this Dynasty/Thread but that doesn't mean at some point I might create another thread with a different coach at a small program because I do enjoy the aspect of taking a small program and the challenges it brings those first 4-5 seasons of building them into something.

Right now my plan is not to repost the entire thread from OS but I will post some background reports of what has happened over the past 5 seasons leading up to the start of the 2030 season. feel free to check out the tread at OS or just look at the Dynasty Recap post here.

I am excited to catch up on what looks to be some amazing threads over here at Dynasty Sports.

BOISE STATE OFFERS MATT MILLER 5 YEAR CONTRACT EXTENSION

For Matt Miller his career started at Boise State as a Wide Receiver making the #2 famous long before Bronco fans and the Nation had heard of Ashton Jeanty. The Montana native started his coaching career in 2016 a Montana State as a WR Coach and Recruiting Coordinator before returning to Boise in 2020 working as a WR Coach and Passing Game Coordinator. In 2025 he was promoted to Co-Offensive Coordinator before becoming HC in 2027..

Now after leading the Boise State Broncos to back to back National Championships in 2 of his first 3 season at the helm, Miller is turning down offers across the nation to stay at the school where he "Bleeds Blue"..

Coach Miller
"I have seen so many former Boise State HC's leave Boise only to not find the success they were looking for elsewhere. It happened with Coach K leaving for Arizona State, it happened with Coach Hawk at Colorado, with Coach Pete to a extent at Washington, Coach Harsin at Auburn and now even Coach "D" at Washington.. We have built something special here in Boise and I have accomplished the highest dream possible leading my team not to just 1 National Championship but back to back.. Why leave??"

THE GREATEST LEFTY EVER

Kellen Moore is a legend not just in Boise but around the country. The Former Bronco QB never quite got his career going at a QB at the NFL level, but Moore quickly became a coaching prodigy working his way up the ranks to HC for the New Orleans Saints. Many believe though that Moore might be the greatest lefty QB ever to have played college football. He is the Boise State record holder with 14,667 yds passing and holds he record for most TD's with 142..

However BSU has a new man on campus wearing #9 and his name is Tua Draft. A former 4* Recruit from Spokane Washington listed at 6'1 205lbs, Draft originally signed with Ohio State but transfered to Boise State after the 2028 season. After sharing time behind center with another transfer QB (Deonte Todd), Draft took over as the fulltime starter in Week 2 (Game #3) .. The Broncos lost that game to TCU but Draft went on to lead BSU to 15 straight wins including the Broncos 2nd straight National Championship well throwing for a National Record 6825 yards and 70 TD's.

Draft has already committed to return for the 2030 season , with backup Deonte Todd (859 yds passing 8 TD/4 INT, 82 yds rushing 1 TD) announcing he is rejoining he Transfer Portal along with 3rd string QB Brian Epenesa .

BETTIS IS TRUELY #1

When Kelian Bettis arrived on campus he asked Coach Miller for the #1 Jersey, stating it was his plan to be the "Best WR" to ever play at Boise State and maybe all of College Football.. Miller knew the Idaho Gatorade Player of the Year (4* Recruit, #1 ID) was talented but he never expected he would be this good..

Boise State has had some pretty amazing WR's over the year's including Miller himself who held the career reception record with 244 before Bettis broke it this season.

The history books include many who have gone on to have careers in the NFL, like Titus Young, Austin Pettis, Cedric Wilson Legadue Naanee, Khalil Shakir as well as BSU greats Tyler Shoemaker, Thomas Sperback, Jeremy Childs, and more.

Even Bettis's own teammate Ezekiel Fogg who set a new school record this year with 139 receptions in a season but Bettis has lived up to his statement.

Bettis already a 2 time Fred Biletnikoff winner and Walter Camp, Maxwell and Heisman winner is coming off a career season of 137 receptions for 2459 yds and 29 TD's..

Bettis redshirted in 2026 but appeared in 2 games catching 8 balls for 122 yds and 1 TD. Then in 2027 his first full season, Bettis posted what was then a new single season record with 104 receptions for 1279 yds and 17 TD's. But in 2028 he out did those #'s again posting 128 receptions for 1808 yds with 21 TD's (all new BSU records) leading BSU to it's first Natty well winning the Biletnikoff and finishing #5 in the Heisman vote.

Now Bettis is returning for his final season during down the NFL Draft where teammates Ezekiel Fogg (1st Round) and Rocky Riggins (3rd Round) were both selected..

excited to see how you keep building the Broncos after back to back Nattys. Are you still leaning heavy in the portal, or trying to stick with more of your own guys now?
