Redskins Move on From Gruden and Peterson, Hire Reed
The Ringer-The Redskins and coach Jay Gruden have decided to part ways after five seasons together. Gruden, who spent five seasons with the team, hasn't put up a winning season since 2016 and holds an 35-44-1 record with the team. Team president Bruce Allen stated "We would like to thank Coach Gruden for all he has done for both this team and community, and wish him well moving forward." The team announced the hiring of JQ Reed as Gruden's replacement. Reed, who last served as the Wide Receivers coach for the Saints, has been a hot name among NFL coaching circles. Reed started off as a scouting assistant for the Saints and moved on to the Running Backs coach and Receivers coach. The Redskins hope he will bring a sharp offensive mind to a team whom brought in a rookie quarterback in Dwayne Haskins over the offseason. Redskins Move on From Gruden and Peterson, Hire Reed

They're ok, they need a bit of tweaking maybe but I'm gonna roll with them for the moment.
