Best Chiser Series - 9/21/25 Rankings

Quite the exciting week around here.

This week saw two chises crack the top 10 after not being ranked. The first is Soapy's "The Big House on the Prairie", the second is Count's new FSU chise. Welcome back Count!! We also saw Caesar's JMU chise take the #1 spot for what I believe is the first time. While Soapy's "Gap Down Backer" dropped to third. Although Soapy shouldn't be too concerned as he has 3 chises in the weekly top 10, followed by Caesar and redsox907 with 2. Scars makes some good movement with his Delaware chise moving from #7 to #10. and Captain Canada hangs on with his coaching career of Nico Augustine despite some tough competition this week.

For the weekly chiser rankings, Soapy was out here calling his shot about maintain his lead before the week and he did that. Kept the #1 spot over Caesar. The big news was Scars jumping to the #4 spot after being #7 last week. Scars has been putting in work and it shows. Count also lands in the #5 spot with his return alongside his FSU chise. However, can he maintain the momentum with his schedule?

Gap Down Backer by Soapy retains the #1 ranking overall but it is a very slim margin of just 0.011. Caesar's JMU chise runs up from #6 to #4 overall. A lot of the other progress is just active chises skipping over inactive ones.

For overall chiser we see Soapy extend his lead from 0.020 to 0.025 which still a very slim margin. redsox907 continues to close the gap to Agent and is about .100 off now. Most of the other rankings are left unchanged.

It was another great week of reading chises. Including getting some brad new chises breaking into our rankings. That's it for now, enjoy the week of chising!

Soapy somehow continuing to edge his lead out is a sign of collusion of the highest order. MANY ARE SAYING THE WORST THEY'VE EVER SEEN. We must have BCS ranking transparency. The DEEP STATE is clearly working together to hold down YOUR FAVORITE CHISER (me) and prop up an ILLEGITIMATE TOP CHISER! THE CITIZENS OF DYNASTY SPORTS DEMAND THIS ADMINISTRATION LOOK INTO THIS AND ROOT OUT THE CORRUPTION! Thank you for your attention to this matter. - CJT

Honestly I’m thinking about dropping the replies metric because it’s kind of an inaccurate metric as is. Not sure how I feel about having only two metrics and how much it would change the rankings.

Maybe add an average of views and posts per week? Not sure what that would look like, but that way if even people aren't posting but are still viewing it you get points. It would be slightly skewed since anytime the chise poster goes into his own thread it counts as a view. Don't know if there'd be a way for you to filter out the chisers own views. Just my .02

I still don't know how Nash Savage is still in the weekly rankings just shows how iconic it was for the two seasons it was active on the board

maybe like a total views / total post count metric? then you can see if the viewers per post has gone up or down in the last week. But actually, wouldn't that be the opposite. A chise that isn't getting posts could still be getting views and that would bump its ranking up, even with no new posts.
