Bills ran your pockets like that? That's a tough look, losing like that.
At least the pain is finally over.

Jordan Love Wins 2028 NFL MVP

Jordan Love's 2028 season was nearly perfect.
The Green Bay Packers quarterback was named the NFL's Most Valuable Player Tuesday at the league's annual awards ceremony in New Orleans, capping a remarkable regular season that saw Love emerge from the shadow of his predecessor and plant his flag firmly among the elite quarterbacks in the game. The announcement comes one week before the Denver Broncos and Philadelphia Eagles meet in Super Bowl LXIII at Caesars Superdome.
Love threw for 4,037 yards, tied for the league lead with 39 touchdowns, and threw just four interceptions while guiding Green Bay to an 11-6 record and a playoff berth. Love is the first Packers quarterback to win the MVP award since Aaron Rodgers, a fact that was not lost on a Green Bay fanbase. After reaching the Super Bowl two year's ago, many felt that this was the Packers year to return to the big game, and hopefully follow in his predecessors footsteps with a Super Bowl victory.
The Packers' postseason run ended in heartbreaking fashion in the Divisional Round, when the Detroit Lions escaped with a last-second field goal despite Love engineering a go-ahead touchdown drive with under two minutes remaining, a sequence that encapsulated both the brilliance and the cruel randomness of playoff football.
"I don't play for awards," Love said in accepting the honor Tuesday. "But this one means a lot. This team, this city, they gave everything this season. I just tried to be worthy of that every Sunday."
The Pittsburgh Steelers, despite stumbling to a 7-10 record in one of the most turbulent seasons in recent franchise memory, were among the most decorated organizations at Tuesday's ceremony, a testament to the individual excellence that kept the franchise competitive long after circumstances threatened to derail the season entirely.
T.J. Watt claimed his second consecutive Defensive Player of the Year award, continuing what is rapidly becoming one of the great sustained defensive careers in NFL history. Linebacker Payton Wilson was recognized as the league's best at his position after a breakout campaign that announced him as one of the premier coverage linebackers in the AFC. And running back Quinshon Judkins, the undisputed engine of Pittsburgh's offense throughout a season that asked everything of him, was named the league's best running back after rushing for over 1,400 yards and providing the Steelers with their most consistent source of points in the absence of Anthony Richardson.
Carolina Panthers head coach Brian Callahan took home Coach of the Year honors after guiding his team to a 12-5 record and the NFC's third seed in just his second season at the helm. The Panthers' run ended in the Wild Card round against the sixth-seeded Atlanta Falcons, but Callahan's ability to develop young talent and build a competitive culture in Carolina drew league-wide recognition throughout the season.
