Hazzard Country- Good ol' Boys, This time meaning Harm
Yea a few hits and he could die lol I have stopped calling option and the first thing I try and do is run out of bounds. It was a fun challenge trying to keep him alive through the conference game. My rule of thumb is bench anyone that turns yellow, but with him I've still played him

Boss Hogg is up to his evil ways again and risking killing his players for one last title. In reality I had to bench them at times in the playoffs so they would be fresh enough. Also the workhorse ability is a good one that gets overlooked that neither of these guys had

Did Boss Hogg Rig the Heisman?
Heading into the conference title game all hope seemed lost on James Leamon winning the Heisman as he dropped to #3. West Virgina suffered their first loss of the season of the season and that was the first step on what we wanted. The 2nd part came when Brian Smells didn't do anything major, he had 293 passing yards and just 1 TD and a whopping 25 carries for just 16 yards. He was the only real competition as we assumed we would leapfrog over the #2 spot who was in a bye. Texas played us close and we won by 10 points, and it was really 3 we just scored a garbage TD on the final play. The biggest threat here was could we keep Leamon healthy since he can't be taking any hits. He had a major game with his arm 18/21, 195 yards, 4 TD and 0 INT and still added 6 carries for 40 yards and 1 TD.
We aren't sure how it happened, but as you will see in the video below. We have our first ever Heisman trophy winner in Hazzard in James Leamon the only 5* QB to ever sign with us in 12 years. The controversy and why Boss Hogg is getting accused of rigging the Heisman voters is when you check the standings of the race even after the season ends. You will see West Virgina QB Brian Smalls #1 and Hazzard QB #2. But James has the trophy in his dorm so if Boss Hogg cheated for once he got away it. A
Also, our favorite player ever TE Alexander Prosinki wins the Mackey award for the 3rd year in a row. This ends any debate who the best TE in college football history is

Hazzard Rolls Into Champ Game
After getting a first-round bye it was a fun matchup vs West Virgina the 7th seed who beat #10 Florida in the first round. They are only an 82 overall so Hazzard is huge favorites. They are known for having QB Brian Smalls the player we battled with for the Heisman, and some say really won just Boss cheated. The opening drive #2 base HB Tobin had 3 straight good runs and then a TD. A 48-yard TD by the 247-power back made it 21-6. A playaction TE to the world's greatest TE had the blowout officially on. We went to the entire 2nd string with the 2nd quarter still on and things still got ugly in this one. It was so bad we are ashamed to tell the final score, but we won by 54. We proved who was the real Heisman trophy winner as we held Brian Smalls to just 157 yards, 0 TD and 1 INT. Leamon only played about 1 quarter and got some much-needed rest. For the first time in his career had 0 rushing attempts and still managed 2 TD
3 Game Balls vs WV - Offense

HB Tobin (86) = 14 carries for 150 yards, 2 TD
TE Prosinski (95) = 2 catches for 76 yards,1 TD
3 Game Balls vs WV - Defense
CB Cash (96) = 9 tackles, 1 INT, 2 PBU
LB Cobbs (88) = 7 tackles, 1 PBU
LB O'Connor (87) = 6 tackles, 1 TFL, 1 INT
________________________________________
We are facing Michigan State a really good team that we beat by 21 a few weeks back. They tie it up in the 1st quarter with a 4th down TD. However that would be the only TD of the night. The 2nd TD of the night from our TE puts us up 11. A wild and rare deep pass from us pays off with a catch by our backup WR Tant down to the 1. We are up 28-10 at half and win the 2nd half 16-3 which adds up to a 44-13 win. This wasn't a flashy game for us as we are still dealing with injuries from our star QB and TE.
3 Game Balls vs MSU - Offense
HB Kong (91) = 13 carries for 125 yards
WR Tant (88) = 4 catches for 93 yards, 1 TD, 9 rush yards
TE Prosinski (95) = 5 catches for 69 yards, 2 TD
3 Game Balls vs MSU - Offense
CB Cash (96) = 12 tackles, 1 INT, 1 PBU
S Addison (91) = 4 tackles, 1 TFL, 1 INT, 2 PBU
CB Yee (92) = 5 tackles, 1 TFL, 2 PBU

I didn't win nearly as many individual awards as you would think and despite all the rushing yards only won HB of the year one time. I'll have the champ update today and that will wrap it up. My team got so good it kinda took the drama way and that was with limiting the amount of 5* I signed. I ended up playing this longer in the year then I expected so a much needed break for me until 27 comes out.

Nice to button one up and have time to mess around on the game or play others before the next one comes

Can Hazzard Win Title #4?
Hazzard decided to ride the big 247-pound power back in this game since Ohio State has a elite defense. Carswell scores a TD on a stretch play and the 1st quarter ends 7-3. Mid 2nd quarter QB Leamon scores on a run and he was healthy enough for 11 carries in this one. This made it 14-3 and the Hazzard would score 10 more that quarter as Carswell scored on a short TD run. This made it 24-3 and Hazzard baring a few turnovers would win this one. While the turnovers didn't happen Ohio state would score 10 in the 3rd so it was down to a 11-point game going into the 4th. Leamon showed off that elite speed on a key 4th down play, but it was for nothing. A rare bad decision on an option inside the 10 would be a turnover on downs. Hazzard CB Cash extends his record-breaking year with a interception then Carswell scores his 3rd TD of the night and it was all but over. We add another interception on the next drive and Hazzard has won there 3rd straight national title
Hazzard wins 38-13 and maybe should have been worse since the yards game was 403-103. You could see the fatigue kicking in both from the tired star players and coach Uncle Jesse (me) after a long hard grind of 14 years. The decision to ride Carswell paid off and those power runs out of I-formation. He isn't going to get a ton of yards like Kong but got 5 yards a carry and it seemed like every play someone one OSU was getting hurt. We passed it more this year during the season, but we wanted to go out like we came in and only had 56 passing yards in this one. This is title #3 for Leamon and gets credit for playing hurt and still had a few rushing TD
3 Offense Game balls
HB Carswell (90) = 24 for 119 with 3 TD, 4 BTK
HB Kong (91) = 13 for 93
QB Leamon (90) = 11 carries for 75 with 2 TD & 9/15, 56 pass yards
3 Defense Game balls
LB O'Connor (87) = 9 tackles,1 TFL, 1 PBU
CB Cash (96) = 6 tackles, 1 INT, 1 PBU
S Johnson (99) = 6 tackles, 1 INT
