Fortunate draw there. City falling that far behind in the table opens the door for Pep to walk and let a new cycle begin.
yeah one of the news clip in the game said Pep is resigning but they also said Arsenal is firing Arteta but then when I check, he's still there so idk

Yeah, no. That's not what happened fn. I increased the image size limit and you told me to change it back. Nothing happened to the site.

Kwamele Owusu rebuffs notion of 'focusing on Europe' as Spurs eye top four finish in the Prem
Spurs manager Kwamele Owusu spent the first five minutes of his press conference following Tottenham's 2-0 win over Napoli dispelling any notion that the Spurs had sacrificed a draw against twelfth place Sunderland the weekend prior in order to close out the second leg in Champions League play.
"Who did we start [against Sunderland]? They were regular guys, guys that play a big role in our team, play a lot of minutes," Owusu said of the lineup that started last Saturday, "The only new guy, the only young academy guy was Obafemi [Nkrumah] and he started in attack and we scored three goals so the problem wasn't the attack. Did we play well? No, we didn't. I think anyone with a set of eyes and just a sliver of common sense and a brain can tell that. The reason we didn't play well is because we didn't play well. The guys that played, the guys that started, those are guys that are going to be very important for us in English football, in European football, in this season and after this season so I completely reject that we're trying to focus on Europe or prioritizing this or that. We have guys that are playing when they play and guys that don't."
Nonetheless, it was the first game of the season that Rodrygo, since his arrival in January, did not participate in, already racking in twenty appearances in three months. The day off was rewarded with an assist against Napoli to see the Spurs through to the semi-finals where they'll face off against PSG which they've loss to twice this season by a combined score line of 7 to 1.
Should the Spurs fall to the defending European champions, their only path to the Champions League for next season, which has been the goal for this season both privately and publicly in Owusu's appearances at the podium, would be for them to finish top four which they are currently tied for fourth place with Arsenal on points with a game in hand for the Gunners.
The final stretch of the season includes some favorable matchups, including at home against Leeds and an away fixture at Wolves but it also features Chelsea and Aston Villa away before ending the season at home against Everton who could be fighting to stay up.

Did you gaslight us into a story? For two days kept saying you are focused on Europe then wrote a story saying the opposite? Diabolical
