The Tennessee Titans gifted the Indianapolis Colts three points thanks to a roughing the kicker penalty at the end of the first half, Cam Ward threw two interceptions and yet they were about to leave Nissan Stadium with a win over their divisional rival and their sixth win of the season.

That was before Avieon Terrell's 86-yard punt return touchdown as time expired to set up Mason Shipley's game winning extra point to beat the Titans 30-29 on Sunday in an improbable victory for the Colts.

The comeback for Indianapolis started three drives prior where Ward converted a third-and-one with a fourteen yard completion to Justin Jefferson who was stop at the goal line. Tennessee then ran three straight passing plays, including a sack on third down which forced them to settle for a field goal to make it 29-23 with seven minutes left.

Sam Darnold had a nineteen yard completion to Tyler Warren on the next drive but shortly after, the Colts were forced to punt after a pass to Adonai Mitchell was way off the mark.

Following the Colts punt, Mark Fletcher had a rush of nine yards on second and nine to pick up a first down and then Cam Ward had a rush of twelve yards to pick up a first down on second and eleven for a new set of down and then on third and nine, Ward seemingly clinched the game with a 17-yard completion to Ja'Kobi Lane to get Tennessee to the two minute warning where they would knee the ball and run it twice before deciding to punt the ball with six seconds left.
