:soapy: this dude rigging the bets at this point.

How you let that QB put together enough drives to keep the score down?

Defense: Andre Ofodile 42 tackles, 4 TFL, 3 INT

Injuries

Players to Watch
Image QB Matt Melvin (R-Jr) | 6′6″, 211LBS | 96 OVR, 85 SPD, 89 ACC, 93 AWR, 98 THP, 94 SAC, 95 MAC, 87 DAC
Melvin threw three interceptions last year in the 30-23 loss to the Cardinal in the regular season finale that effectively kept Notre Dame out of the playoffs. In his second year as a starter, Melvin has seen a slight regression with a lower completion percentage, less yards per game and has thrown three interceptions in the last two games. When he's on his game, Melvin is one of the nation's best quarterbacks, however, and will be able to challenge a secondary that has shown the tendency to give up some splash plays, even when they're playing well.

Image EDGE Rashaun Rourke (R-Soph) | 6′4″, 243LBS | 89 OVR, 93 SPD, 95 ACC, 90 STR, 93 PMV, 81 FMV, 81 BSH
A freak athlete off the edge that while he has failed to register a sack this year, his presence has been felt. The New Jersey native can go speed-to-power with the best of them and will have some marquee matchups against a potential first round offensive tackle in Neil Pryor. This will be a key matchup to watch both in pass rushing situations as well as when Stanford is trying to establish their running game.

Image LB Andre Ofodile (R-Sr) | 6′1″, 233LBS | 94 OVR, 80 SPD, 87 ACC, 93 PRC, 85 TKL, 80 BSH, 88 MVC, 98 ZCV
Ofodile would have been a mid-round pick but chose to return for his senior season after he had a bit of a production dip as a junior, recording sixty tackles and eight tackles for loss after having 113 tackles and nine tackles for loss for the Irish as a sophomore. Ofodile is making himself a lot of money with that decision as he has 42 tackles, four tackles for loss and three interceptions with five pass deflections and will be key in Notre Dame's attempt at slowing down the running game.

Hard Rock Bet™
Spread: Notre Dame -15.5
Moneyline: Stanford +525
Over: 61.5

Place your bets and I'll keep track of your winnings/loss throughout the season. At the end of the year, I'll either name a recruit after you or give your favorite team a ratings' bump or dealers' choice.

Stanford +15.5. Good luck in this one, Matt Melvin looks dangerous but like Caesar said the Irish have been looking pretty sus lately.
