Arch to Nebraska wild. And Denzel Boston coming back for another year is a surprise, not to mention transferring to an arch rival. Avery Johnson might be a weapon under Cignetti, especially with Tiernan in front of him now

Yeah wild transfer for him. I was very happy with the transfers we got. We shall see about some of the high school recruits over time.
Glad the game is consistent. I'm happy with the class and hope the transfers can provide an immediate impact.ShireNiner wrote: ↑20 Dec 2025, 14:03Texas
HC Steve Sarkisian left for Michigan
Hired HC Lane Kiffin (Ole Miss HC)
I had the same in mine.
Not terrible recruiting for the school you are, slowly building. Arch to Nebraska is a funny one to watch
Yes lol. Arch is a 98 overall JR(RS) and Raiola is a 94 overall JR. Surely he transfers next season.
Thanks, hoping we can improve over last year and make a bowl. I think this year's schedule might be a bit easier.
Game is consistent.
Yeah the Arch thing had me in stitches. I pretty much won everyone I wanted in the transfer portal except one WR, but I switched off him late and got the other guy I targeted instead. I am really happy about getting Bowen.Captain Canada wrote: ↑21 Dec 2025, 17:06Arch going to Nebraska is comical.
Your off-season was good, I genuinely didn't think you would cook in the transfer portal like you did, but you did good work.
Yeah there was a lot of good movement in the portal. I am interested to see if it upsets the national order at all.
Landman (probably going to sit on the bench forever)

Returning Starters - 4
Quarterbacks
| # | Name | Year | Height | Weight | Hometown |
| 1 | Kamario Taylor | SO | 6’4” | 233 | Macon, MS |
| 17 | Luke Kromenhoek | SO(RS) | 6’4” | 223 | Savannah, GA |
| 19 | Emmett Brown | SR(RS) | 5’10” | 187 | San Marcos, CA |
| 15 | Micah Landman | FR | 6’1” | 202 | Alcoa, TN |
Kamario Taylor can be considered a returning starter from last year but Luke Kromenhoek spilt some time at the end of the year. This will be Kamario's role but if he starts throwing interceptions look for Kingsbury to bring in Kromenhoek.
Running Backs
| # | Name | Year | Height | Weight | Hometown |
| 29 | A’Marion Peterson | JR(RS) | 6’0” | 219 | Wichita Falls, TX |
| 26 | Kolin Wilson | FR(RS) | 5’9” | 196 | Gulf Shores, AL |
| 22 | Xavier Gayten | SO(RS) | 6’0” | 208 | Brookhaven, MS |
| 31 | Rodney Nicholson | FR | 5’8” | 181 | Munford, AL |
| 48 | Cordell Murrell | FR | 5’10” | 201 | Ocala, Fl |
The top two guys on the depth chart are both transfers in. A'Marion Peterson is more of a power back like we saw with Fluff Bothwell. However, Kolin Wilson is a very shifty back and will see lots of time this season as well. I don't think either guy will get the yardage that we saw Bothwell get last year but they both provide a solid option in the backfield.
Wide Receivers
| # | Name | Year | Height | Weight | Hometown |
| 86 | Tank Hawkins | JR | 5’10” | 172 | Fredericksburg, VA |
| 85 | Armani Winfield | SR(RS) | 6’2” | 206 | Lewisville, TX |
| 12 | Cam Thompson | SR(RS) | 6’0” | 202 | Youngstown, OH |
| 3 | Anthony Evans III | SR(RS) | 5’11” | 182 | Converse, TX |
| 80 | Shakir Allen | FR | 6’4” | 190 | Meridian, MS |
| 11 | Deion Riddick | FR | 6’5” | 193 | Tupelo, MS |
| 84 | Trent Johns | FR | 5’10” | 174 | Seminary. MS |
| 6 | Isaac Stabler | FR | 5’6” | 162 | Louisville, MS |
Another situation where the top two guys in are both transfers. This receiving core is very young once you get past the first 4 guys on the depth chart. If injuries start hitting them then it might be a long season for the Bulldogs quarterback dealing with such an inexperienced group.
Tight Ends
| # | Name | Year | Height | Weight | Hometown |
| 5 | Max Reese | SR(RS) | 6’3” | 251 | Chicago, IL |
| 8 | Wyatt Sullivan | SR(RS) | 6’4” | 243 | Atlanta, GA |
| 10 | Cameron Ball | SR(RS) | 6’7” | 252 | Glenn Dale, MD |
| 83 | Chuck Hill | FR | 6’1” | 205 | Eufaula, AL |
Max Reese returns for his senior season and will be one of the top targets for Kamario Taylor this season. Transfer Wyatt Sullivan will also provide another great option on the field for the Bulldogs. The odd man out here is Chuck Hill. The freshman is significantly smaller than the rest of the roster here. Look for him to either gain some mass this season or switch to receiver next season.
Offensive Tackles
| # | Name | Year | Height | Weight | Hometown |
| 54 | Blake Steen | SR | 6’6” | 342 | Miami, FL |
| 73 | Jaekwon Bouldin | JR(RS) | 6’6” | 342 | Canton, MS |
| 71 | Saquon Miles | JR(RS) | 6’5” | 322 | Greenville, AL |
| 77 | Jayvin James | JR(RS) | 6’5” | 321 | Deerfield Beach, FL |
| 65 | Spencer Dowland | FR(RS) | 6’6” | 302 | Athens, AL |
| 51 | Luke Work | SO(RS) | 6’6” | 318 | Somerville, TN |
| 74 | Jimothy Lewis Jr | SO(RS) | 6’6” | 322 | Ridgeland, MS |
| 79 | Lorenzo Goings | FR | 6’4” | 320 | Jacksonville, FL |
| 76 | Kevin Venable | FR | 6’7” | 293 | Denton, TX |
The only place on the offensive line where there are returning starters with both Blake Steen and Jaekwon Bouldin returning to lead this offensive line. There is a mix of experience and newcomers behind those two but injuries should not be a major concern for this position.
Offensive Guards
| # | Name | Year | Height | Weight | Hometown |
| 72 | Malachi Breland | JR(RS) | 6’5” | 343 | Laurel, MS |
| 58 | TJ Lockhart | SO(RS) | 6’5” | 361 | Kilmichael, MS |
| 61 | Jay Boyd | JR | 6’4” | 320 | Baytown, TX |
| 63 | Dominique Gastineau | FR | 6’4” | 317 | Brandon, MS |
| 55 | Lee Gold | FR | 6’5” | 281 | Memphis, TN |
| 60 | Amani Ekuale | SO | 6’4” | 314 | Olive Branch, MS |
Here's where the wheels start falling off for the Bulldog offensive line. Malachi Breland is a transfer in from Memphis and will slot right into a starting spot and TJ Lockhart will slot into the other spot after being on the bench last season. However, this is a very inexperienced group behidn them and injuries will cause issues for this position.
Centers
| # | Name | Year | Height | Weight | Hometown |
| 70 | Geoff Rees | FR | 6’2” | 282 | Cypress, TX |
| 56 | Wesley Davis | SR(RS) | 6’4” | 303 | Collierville, TN |
| 50 | Jose Curl | FR | 6’2” | 294 | Houston, TX |
Easily the weakest position on the offensive line for the Bulldogs. A slight surprise here with the Freshman Geoff Rees getting the starting spot over Senior Wesley Davis but reports show that Rees has impressed the coaches in summer camp and seems to be a natural leader.

time to unleash the Air Raid under Kliff and let Kamario sling it. Interceptions be damned.

More like Vince Young tactics
Yeah the transfers at RB and WR really helped salvage a skill group that was gone. O-line is still hurting but maybe we can survive.
RUN DA BAWL
Same here, but if I starting screwing up with Kamario he will always be ready to head in.
None of them are really that highly ranked, I doubt it.
