With the transfer portal quickly coming up, two Bulldogs have announced they will forego the upcoming Armed Forces Bowl against Charlotte. Defensive superstar Derion Gullette and running back A'marion Peterson announced their intentions separately to sit out the bowl game.

Peterson is just coming off an ankle injury and while it will be a loss to not have them, they have played the last couple of games without him. Derion Gullette on the other hand will be a huge loss and has be absolutely instrumental in the defensive scheme for the Bulldogs.
