Antoine Booth and Gabe Matias selected in the fifth round by the Titans
Tennessee Titans' fans finally have some offensive highlights to look forward to as the Titans picked their first offensive skill players of the draft in the fifth round, drafting UAB running back Antoine Booth and New Mexico tight end Gabe Matias.

Booth, selected with the 154th overall pick, was extremely productive at UAB, totaling nearly 3,000-yards of all-purpose yardage during his tenure with the Blazers. He's an elusive back at five-foot-eight with a low center of gravity and is built well at 208 pounds, able to break through arm tackles. He ran the second fastest 40-time at the Combine among running backs, coming in at 4.38 which he improved at his pro day with a 4.32. He'll push for a roster spot as the third running back behind Mark Fletcher Jr. and Jam Miller along with his special teams contribution as a returner.

Mathias will also be competing to make the roster as the third tight end. He was the fastest tight end at the Combine and arguably the most athletic, coming in first place in the forty, bench press and 20-yard shuttle and finished top three in the vertical jump, broad jump and three-cone.

Mathias' lack of college production was a concern for many, which is why he lasted until the fifth round and wasn't guaranteed to be selected. The Titans are rolling the dice on his physical profile and upside.

Lots of roster movement. Hopefully it pans out and doesn’t go the way these type of roster changes have for some teams in the past.

Titans wrap up the draft with East Carolina receiver Allen McGill
The Tennessee Titans drafted East Carolina receiver Allen McGill with the 186th overall pick in the 2028 NFL Draft, putting a bow on a class that saw the Titans draft ten players, staying put with their mid-round draft picks.

McGill brings a different dynamic to the Titans receiving room at six-foot-four and 223 pounds, potentially replacing Jayden Gibson as a big body receiver should he make the roster. McGill's Combine performance put him on the map to get drafted after running a 4.52 forty and then a 4.47 at his pro day, showing that he's not just a contested catch specialist but can also move.

He'll need to become a more consistent receiver in terms of route running and being reliable with his hands but the physical upside is what got McGill drafted and he'll look to make some splash plays in the summer and training camp in an effort to make the roster.
