Ha, exactly. If only he had a brother to attend the games at Bramall Lane wearing a certain T-shirt...

Robbie is flying at Blackburn! Should be safely into the playoffs now. The Blades not so much. Poor midtable finish it seems.

Absolutely. A season ago, Robbie Keane took Sheffield United to the Playoffs, whilst Blackburn were miles off. This season it's the opposite, so there has to be some kind of regret at Bramall Lane...

You could not have asked for a harder FA Cup draw but the challenge will be enjoyable.
That is actually impressive to have 30 goals and zero hat tricks. Wolves going right back up to the Premier League, just to come right back down in a season.

Sucks that you weren't able to get automatic promotion, because getting up through the playoffs with Leeds, West Ham and Southampton on tap will be difficult.

Now that the league is more or less done and dusted, I'm really curious in how you're linking up your POV-character at one club (your youth player) with the focus on how Robbie Keane's managing at another.

Well, no hattricks for Touré may also be due to the fact that I often subbed him off after 45 or 60 mins at the latest in order to keep him fit for the next game. He had this 20 game streak with a goal in each, and if I played him for the full 90, he wouldn't be fit enough to start the next. That would have increased the chance for braces or hattricks though.
It will be difficult, yes. And the trio of Wolves, Leicester and Leeds do deserve the promotions. We'll see what happens.
Yeah, I did consider signing the narrator straight away in the summer, but I didn't feel he was good enough to start - thus risking a stall in his development, if he came to the club too soon. It's been fun to compare the two clubs over the season, but it's also been kind of "messy" or confusing to write it from "afar". This summer though, I do expect to bring him over, making a more clean storytelling from a POV that is closer to the action.Danimal5981 wrote: ↑06 Mar 2026, 02:03Now that the league is more or less done and dusted, I'm really curious in how you're linking up your POV-character at one club (your youth player) with the focus on how Robbie Keane's managing at another.
