Congratz! Mission accomplished, you're in next season's Champions League: curious to see with what manager and/or squad mutations.

Thanks mate! Yeah that is also my main motivation for doing this now. The squad is paper thin, so adding the right players is crucial in order to perform across multiple challenges. It takes more time to make these in-depth writeups though. Surely I would have finished the season long ago, if I was writing at my usual pace ;)

Wouldn't be against a run-in like this in real life. Get City close and Arsenal will bottle.

They would. In fact, if City hadn't been so poor in January and had draws vs Spurs, Forest and West Ham since... I mean, in any other season of late, City would have been all over them already.

That's so important to get top 4. Real work starts now bro. Was nigh on impossible to catch city anyway. Looking forward to see who you bring in. Will miss Casemiro. Delighted Dalot gone.

Share your feelings on Case. What a final season he's had. He started well too. The middle part wasn't quite as good, dropping behind Collyer in the pecking order and all. But the way he bounced back, oh my... I can't think of anyone with bigger redemption arcs than him and Harry Maguire. Glad to hear about the latter signing a new deal with reduced wages. He's done that in my save here, but reports suggest he's doing it in real life too. We need these players with strong personalities.

Dalot; well, I'm not a fan. However, we've had so many injury prone players like Mount, Shaw, Mazraoui, de Ligt, Lisandro and the list goes on and on. I know he's far from perfect, but he just wins with me for being consistent (consistently bad, I know), versatile and always available. I actually didn't want to let him go, but his wage demands were out of this world. So I suppose I'll add right back to the list of positions I need to strengthen...
