Haha, yeah this could trigger some PTSD for sure. However, Mainoo's main problem was Bruno being used in the double pivot, cause he couldn't really partner him there. And Bruno was never injured. So as long as the captain stays further up, Mainoo should do just fine.

Having some problems with the imgur button. When I try to upload an image, it says:

error
No user credits available. The limit is 2000

Does anyone know what this means?

I upload to imgur directly using their website https://imgur.com/

I tried using that button and got an error that said "undefined"

Thanks mate. Gotta try that then. The button has just worked out fine for me for quite some time, but supposedly not anymore...

Yes and no. Kambwala is an academy player too, just took a detour, before I brought him back. So that's four with him, Vítek, Mainoo and Lacey. And all four are getting their share of games, rest assured

Vítek played 26 games last season, getting every cup - and Champions League game in stead of Lammens, who's only played in the Premier League. On top of that there's also Ayden Heaven and Amad, who aren't academy players, but were signed at such a young age that they almost could have been.

I get your point though, and I would have liked to add a number of academy players to the squad as well. But my experience is that they just stall their progress, if they aren't playing regularly. So I've used the option to send them out on loan in stead. Next season we could see more academy presence in United's first team.

Absolutely. But I got them in the end last season, so maybe I can pull off another comeback this time.
Regardless, I rather enjoy having them ahead to push me. I lose the interest, when I'm ahead and just see them all fall further and further behind...
