I like the Kasper Høgh signing! He's been so great for Bodø/Glimt in the Champions League, something that's caught most Danish football fans by surprise, after he had been mediocre at best in Danish clubs Randers and AaB (Aalborg). He also scored for Denmark recently, being called up for the first time. A late bloomer indeed. I think he'll fit your Ajax project really well, being one of these players in his best age, not being neither very young nor a veteran player.

Exactly the reason I signed him JustinCase, he's in that 26-31 year peak age. Plus, for a player in that age category either Ajax as a club or the Dutch Eredivisie as a league need to be a step up for such a player.

Ringo Meerveld (25) is near that on midfield. Takehiro Tomiyasu (28) is there already in defence. Goalies Bizot (36) and Rajkovic (31), Daley Blind (37) and Davy Klaassen (34) are maybe over their prime, but I notice that their composure (due to their age and experience) is valuable too. Now, adding some homegrown talents such as Sean Steur (19), Pharell Nash (19), some acquired high potentials as Lushendry Martes (19) and Prince Amoako Junior (20) and earlier players such as Youri Baas, Mats Rots, Kian Fitz-Jim and Maher Carrizo and the starting team is good. The gap to the substitutes however is considerable, so lets hope not too many injuries will hit my team.

Nice rollover of the squad and its freshened up again for another title tilt. A tiny bit more progress in Europe this season would be nice too. Slow and steady in europe. Hopefully you can do the business in the league again.
