D.J. Lagway??? Justice for Austin! It's racism, pure and simple. If his name was DeAustin, he'd be winning it!

that's for the defense to worry about. we took care of them earlier this season but beating the same team twice is a tall task unless you're Colorado State

STARKVILLE, Miss. — Mississippi State has parted ways with offensive coordinator Ralph Patterson, the school announced, after a 4-8 first season under head coach G.J. Kinne.

Patterson was in his second season with the program, having been retained by Kinne after the coaching change. Kinne is expected to return for a second season in Starkville despite the difficult debut, with the administration citing the broader rebuild underway.

Mississippi State is expected to conduct a national search for its next offensive coordinator. Among the names already drawing interest is Texas State's Jaleel Mosley, who has led the Bobcats to a Pac-12 Championship Game appearance and a potential Heisman finalist in Austin Carlisle.

Other names expected to factor into the search include Memphis offensive coordinator Allen Bobango, Kansas State's Jordan Peterson and UNLV's Corey Dennis
