Henry, Castonzo Lead Chargers Comeback over Packers
With D.K. Metcalf out and Justin Jefferson playing through an injury, Amon-Ra St. Brown knew he needed to step up.

Giving up on a route, which resulted in an interception in the red zone, and fumbling the ball was not what he had in mind. So in the game's final drive, the two passes went to St. Brown for a total of 39-yards to set up Michael Badgley's 42-yard game winner against the Green Bay Packers.

The Packers had managed to slow down the banged up Chargers offense, taking a 17-7 lead in the third quarter following St. Brown's fumble which led to a Steve Bingham touchdown.

The team's swap field goals before a 35-yard run by Derrick Henry help set up his eventual touchdown from one-yard out to make it a three point game. Following a Packers three-and-out, the Chargers tied the game and after another Green Bay punt, Henry had a 75-yard run to setup Will Castonzo's second touchdown of the game, a four-yard scramble with 2:48 left in the game.

Green Bay would tie the game in a seven play drive led by Mitchell Trubisky.

After competing last season for the worst record in the league, the Chargers and the Broncos are now atop the division with Los Angeles clinching the AFC West last week and punching in their ticket to the playoffs.

Hobbled with injuries, however, Denver figures to give them yet another tough matchup. Four of the Chargers' last six games have been won by a margin of ten or less, including their Thursday night win earlier in the year over the Broncos. In that game, D'Eriq King was sacked five times and K.J. Hill had just three catches for 13 yards. Since then, King and Hill have developed quite the connection, giving the Broncos a very formidable passing game.

With Donovan Bigby still out, Hill should get a favorable matchup as Courtland Sutton will likely the draw attention of Jalen Ramsey and Malik Truman will likely guard six-foot-six and former first round pick Terrance Powell. Replacing Bigby as the Chargers third corner has been defensive back Sean Butler, who has struggled in coverage.

Castonzo Injures Shoulder in Chargers Loss to Broncos
It's a make or miss league in professional sports and when Will Castonzo missed a wide open Harrison Bryant for a big touchdown, the Chargers undefeated season crumbled soon afterwards.

Denver scored unanswered back-to-back touchdowns in the fourth quarter as an injured Chargers team dropped their first game of the season in a 34-27 loss to the Denver Broncos.

It was in the second quarter when Castonzo missed the open Bryant and on the next play, was intercepted by Deion Hatchett which led to a Denver field goal. On the ensuing possession, Castonzo would turn the ball over again, this time via a fumble which led to another Denver field.

Castonzo would leave the game late in the third quarter following being tackled while trying to scramble out of the pocket. He injured his shoulder on the play and on the next play, Johnny Townsend's punt was blocked and returned for a touchdown.

Marcus Mariota replaced Castonzo and his first pass went for a 44-yard completion to Justin Jefferson but he wasn't very efficient following that. He finished 9 of 19 for 180 yards and a interception, still better numbers than Castonzo's 10 of 19 for 122 yards before his injury.
