The Wizards have been one of the worst teams in the Eastern Conference for a while now. Hisashi Sakai, kibaxx's cap, won ROTY for the Wizards so there's going to be another team with 2 caps again like NOLA. Hope together they can put up a good enough fight for a 1/8 matchup next season
