Does Taylor not get a lot of FT attempts or does he really just make almost all of them?

Good question. He's 242/243 for freethrows on the season & holds the highest FT% in the league currently. Behind him is Denver's Darius Garland who is 204/205 on freethrows for a .995 FT%.

Fun Fact: DJ Porter leads the NBA in free throw attempts at 404 but has only made 249 of them. Hack-a-Shaq type of stat  James Taylor is #11 in the NBA in freethrows attempted & #6 in freethrows made so he's just that good :obama:

Cash Bros, Strawberry, & Jabari Smith Jr?! Aron Boylan isn't worth sleeping on either. 2nd year big man is averaging 11.1 PPG, 7.2 RPG, & 4.0 APG in Dallas.

Not a major stepback for Mojo but his offense has taken a drop (21.6 PPG & 9.4 APG) since he won the MVP last year (24.9 PPG & 10.4 APG) but the Pelicans are sitting comfortably in first right now so maybe it's just a team success thing  It could also have something to do with NOLA signing the former #1 pick in the 2026 NBA draft, Aleksandr Sankovic, for a 1-year deal. He averages 18 ppg off the bench & is also in the running for the sixth man of the year award :obama:

Mentioning him reminded me of an old tweet from 2027 in this thread:

This was also the same season we ended up beating the Houston Rockets in Game 7 of the NBA Finals in 2028. Tiny's last championship. It's fun to be reminded of the past in the Tiny-Verse. Sometimes I'll just type a player's name into the search & just see all of the history.
