Marcelo Rodriguez (SP) is probably a year or so away from potentially getting brought up to the bigs. He and Noah Schultz are approaching being good enough for the #4 and #5 slots in my rotation. Ellis Cox (also SP) is probably 2 years out.

Justin Rusan (1B) is good enough to come up now but Jose Rodriguez is playing at an MVP level so I'll keep him down in AAA for one more season to get some more polishing.

Further out, Felipe Montano and Anthony Hanks (both SPs) could be in the bigs in 3-4 years. Enrique Rodriguez and Connie Turner have high potential but they're project players. Better for Rodriguez because he's 19.
