lol looking forward to this
This'll be my "normal" chise so nothing crazy gonna be happening here lol. My big cfb 25 chise project is still in the works until i get more familiar with the intricacies of this game and some other stuff I'm still waiting for.

tbh my original cfb 25 chise idea was gonna be a teambuilder school that joined the FBS after the roadman Jozif got the entire Hawaii football program shut down after he was caught as the mastermind behind the newly formed drug empire on Honolulu

Shakeup at Temple University: Athletic Director Arthur Johnson and Head Coach Stan Drayton Fired
by Chatford G. Penny-Talonflame -- The Philadelphia Inquirer

In a surprising move, Temple University has announced the dismissal of Athletic Director Arthur Johnson and Head Football Coach Stan Drayton. This decision comes amid a season of underwhelming performances and growing discontent among the university's stakeholders.

Arthur Johnson's Tenure
Arthur Johnson was appointed as the Athletic Director of Temple University in October 2021. With a rich background in sports administration, Johnson was seen as a strategic hire to elevate Temple's athletic programs. He previously held key positions at the University of Texas and the University of Georgia, where he earned a reputation for his strong leadership and innovative approaches to sports management.

However, during his time at Temple, the athletic department faced numerous challenges. The football team, in particular, struggled to find its footing, posting a series of disappointing records. Despite Johnson's efforts to revamp the program, including investments in facilities and recruitment, the results on the field did not meet expectations. The decision to part ways with Johnson indicates the university's desire for a fresh start and new direction in its athletic leadership.

Stan Drayton's Coaching Struggles
Stan Drayton, who took over as the head football coach in December 2021, was also relieved of his duties. Drayton brought extensive coaching experience to Temple, having served as an assistant coach at several prominent programs, including Ohio State and Texas. His appointment was initially met with optimism, as he was known for his ability to develop talent and his strong recruiting skills. On the contrary, Stan Drayton benefited from his ties at Texas as being Arthur Johnson was the former Texas football director of operations.

Despite these credentials, Drayton's tenure at Temple was marred by inconsistent performances and an inability to build a competitive team in the American Athletic Conference (AAC). The Owls struggled to secure victories and often found themselves at the bottom of the conference standings. Fan dissatisfaction and declining game attendance further compounded the issues, leading to the university's decision to seek new leadership for its football program.

The Road Ahead for Temple Athletics
The firing of both Johnson and Drayton marks a significant turning point for Temple University's athletic department. University President Dr. Jason Wingard emphasized the need for a new vision and direction in a statement released by the university.

"We are committed to providing our student-athletes with the resources and support they need to succeed both on and off the field," Wingard said. "While these decisions are never easy, we believe they are necessary to ensure the long-term success and competitiveness of our athletic programs."

Temple University will now begin the search for a new athletic director and head football coach. The university aims to attract candidates who can reinvigorate the football program and elevate the overall performance of the athletic department. This search will be crucial in setting the tone for the future of Temple Athletics.

Reactions from the Community
The reaction from the Temple community has been mixed. Some alumni and fans have expressed frustration with the lack of progress under Johnson and Drayton, while others are concerned about the potential instability that comes with leadership changes. Many are hopeful that new hires will bring renewed energy and success to the Owls' football program and other athletic teams.

Conclusion
The dismissal of Arthur Johnson and Stan Drayton signals a critical moment for Temple University's athletic department. As the university embarks on the search for new leadership, the stakes are high. The success of these appointments will be pivotal in shaping the future of Temple Athletics and restoring confidence among its supporters.

I tried that team builder last night, shit is wonky as hell bro. I literally spent a good 30 minutes trying to log into the page, but kept telling me that I was logged in elsewhere. I had to google it, come to find out, if the game is running, you can't use the team builder website SMH. I'd wait until they get out that "beta" phase.
