I won’t lie, I’m pretty nervous

We will see. I’m not too worried tbh.. more worried about our offense against that d-line and then them having stud DBs makes it tougher.

Pressure is on!! More risk than reward in terms of gaining points but getting him to visit as early as possible should help us out. Recruiting is on auto, so we’ll see if it pays off

Six games at home, good time to build and try to get well ahead over .500 before Syracuse

UConn offense sputters, Huskies get outworked by Owls and lose 20-3
EAST HARTFORD, CT — Connecticut struck first again for the second consecutive week. This time with a long field goal. However, it would be the team's only score of the game, missing another next field goal along the way en route to a 20-3 defeat to the FAU Owls.
Notable recruit for the Huskies, Jameson Vick, a three-star offensive lineman, was in attendance on an official visit for the loss.
"Tonight's performance was embarrassing," said head coach Jim Mora. "Our defense held out okay, but our offense didn't show up at all. Part of that is on me."
After last week's performance being his best of the season, QB Nick Evers struggled to move the ball, passing for 184 yards and an interception.
"It was tough today," said Evers of the loss. "They threw a lot of different looks at us. Got some really good pressure. And they disguised their coverage really well, too. We just got to learn from it and move on."
Receiver Skyler Bell continues to appear as Evers' favorite target. This week he led receivers again with 66 yards on six catches, and did plenty of his damage after the catch with 37 RAC yards.

Florida Atlantic's duo of Marlon Bradley and Chris Jones did plenty to blow up the Huskies offense. They combined for three sacks and Jones even dropped back to record an interception on a hook zone.
Cameron Fancher led the Owls with 306 passing yards and a rushing touchdown.
Next week, the Huskies continue the home stand to host the Buffalo Bulls.
