Udinese Sell Walace to Atalanta for €5.1

Udinese have made the first step in forming the squad in Pirlo's image, selling Brazilian defensive midfielder and former club captain, Walace, to Atalanta for a €5.1M fee. The player does not offer the technicality that Pirlo would like to see in his midfield and as a result has been moved on in favor of other options.

With younger options Leonardo Buta (21) and Jordan Zemura (23) available at left wing-back, Udinese felt comfortable freeing up squad space by moving on Ivorian Hassane Kamara (29) to Al Hilal of the Saudi Pro League for a decent €6.2 million fee.

Udinese Sign Pair of Madrid Youngsters on Deadline Day

Udinese have completed two deals with Madrid on deadline day to strengthen the long-term prospects of the club. The first was a swap of Isaac Success to Los Blancos in exchange for 19 year old Uruguayan striker, Alvaro. The 6'4 youngster could prove to be one of the best in his position in the future and is already quite prolific as an aerial threat. Udinese also triggered the release clause for 18 year old central midfieler, Nico Paz. Being left footed he helps provide balance to the ranks as the only left footed option behind first choice LCM, Lazar Samardzic.
