Patriots special teams force back to back fumbles in 34-14 win over Steelers
Pittsburgh Steelers returners Calvin Austin and Treveyon Henderson fumbled on back-to-back kickoffs as the Patriots were able to score twenty one points in less than three minutes to rout the Steelers 34-14 on Sunday.

Patriots quarterback Drake Maye threw three touchdowns in the first half and an additional fourth in the fourth quarter to bring his season total to forty-four, the second most in franchise history. He finished the game 30 of 42 for 280 yards, rushing for an additional 49 yards to lead the Patriots.

It was a tough outing for Shedeur Sanders as the rookie quarterback completed just 50 percent of his passes and was sacked six times. He did find George Pickens on a defensive mishap by the Patriots for a touchdown and threw a second touchdown pass to Roman Wilson in garbage time.

Bills convert fourth down with controversial no-calls in win over Patriots
The New England Patriots and the Buffalo Bills might very well see each other in the playoffs in the upcoming days and if any fuel needed to be added to the fire, it certainly was as the Bills were able to complete the 36-31 comeback victory over the Patriots to avoid being swept but it wasn't without controversy.

The Bills were trailing 31-30 with 2:42 remaining when Bills quarterback Josh Allen escaped from two defenders to throw the ball away but a flag wasn't called as the officials deemed Allen to be out of the pocket. On fourth and eleven, Buffalo opted to go for it when Keon Coleman seemingly got away with a push off Patriots cornerback Christian Gonzalez for the 60-yard catch and run touchdown to take the lead.

"If the officials feel good about that call, good for them," said Gonzalez after the game.

The Patriots still almost pulled out with the win as Drake Maye's 22-yard scramble got the ball into Buffalo territory with a minute left in the game. Maye rushed for a career high 212 yards, becoming the first white quarterback to rush for over 1,000-yard in a season, joining Michael Vick, Lamar Jackson and Justin Fields as the only other quarterbacks to accomplish the feat.

A dropped pass by Barion Brown, which might have went for a touchdown, and a holding penalty made it 2nd and 20 with Maye scrambling on back to back plays to make it 4th and six with 28 seconds left but his pass to Kyle Monangai fell incomplete.
