incoming.
New nom on the way.
the way I see it, a chise that has had a lengthy run can be nominated & we’ll vote if it gets put in or doesn’t pass for the voter.
when the time comes, Tiny Jimenez is make or break for HOF by this preference. I think I did a pretty solid job of covering the entire NBA with caps to not make it super player centric aside from his personal life & make the cap creators feel like part of the chise themselves...Caesar wrote: ↑31 May 2025, 09:47My two cents on the recent convo on nominations.
I think it's fine to keep with "completed" chises. I think we all know if someone is going to go back to a chise. If it's been months since the chise was updated, I think we can call that chise as having ended. As for what "completed" means, that would be up to each individual person I guess.
On players being nominated. I don't think we should include real players. Throwing for 80,000 career yards with Shedeur Sanders can be replicated by everyone doing a chise. Doing that with generated rookie Henry Smith can't. Controversial coming from me, but I also don't think player chise players should be included. We know that player is going to be elite. No one is doing a player chise about a player averaging 1.3 ppg. The chise itself, yes. The individual player, no.
Think you misunderstood. I'm saying if we had player-specific inductees, the individual player the chise is based on shouldn't be included. The Tinyverse thread itself should be eligible to be nominated but not Tiny Jimenez as an individual player. Like Dying to Live can be nominated but not Royce Lafitte as an individual player apart from the chise or Hurry Up Tomorrow as a chise but not Cash Moore as a player because of course these players are elite.Agent wrote: ↑31 May 2025, 09:55when the time comes, Tiny Jimenez is make or break for HOF by this preference. but we'll find out from the voters when I finally end that thread. For now though, I respect it & we move![]()
