Nitro! Sick nickname. This looks baller glad u brought it over. Excited to follow. Interesting approach controlling 2 teams.
Thanks man! Wish I could have had it over here sooner, but better late than never.

I wanted to make a 1* team an established contender while also being able to take a job offer and not worry about my hardwork being squandered by the CPU lol its worked out great so far. And surprisingly the two teams have only matched up in the CFP twice, the 2032 Natty between Ball State and Syracuse and then last year's Orange Bowl.

Only lost 16 times? :obama:

I'll be following
WE RUN THIS ISH

at least until we went to the SEC lol Georgia didn't have a great roster and no QB depth behind the SR starter they had when I arrived, so we had a rough time the 2nd season rotating between QBs. We got some solid ones at Texas now so we gucci

whenever we were in a tough spot? throw it up. Nyck there somewhere. I think he probably had 50 drops or his stats would've been even more insane.

I really hope they revamp the coaching carousel next year. I've seen the same teams switch coaches two or three times. Thankfully that hasn't happened in this one.

For the sake of drama, I don't schedule them during the regular season. That way any meeting has the extra emphasis on the playoffs. I'm hoping for a Semonza vs Savage Natty soon, but Texas dropped the ball this year by losing in the SEC CCG and lost the 2nd bye.

Longhorns Secure #2 Class In Savage's Inaugural Recruiting Class

Austin, TX, - Emilio Delgado may be the crown jewel of Texas’ 2035 recruiting class, but he’s far from the only difference-maker joining the Longhorns this fall. Texas closed out the cycle with 22 new signees and the No. 2 overall class in the country—finishing just 12 points behind a Syracuse haul headlined by six 5-star recruits.

Delgado, a dynamic offensive weapon, will be joined in burnt orange by fellow 5-star Spencer Samuel, who is expected to lock down the left tackle spot and protect Delgado’s blindside for years to come. On the defensive side, Texas landed two key additions in edge rusher James Mosely and hard-hitting safety Brian Carney, both of whom are expected to compete for early playing time.

“I was lucky to inherit a roster without many holes when I got here last year,” said head coach Nash Savage. “That gave us the freedom to pursue elite talent aggressively, without being boxed in by positional needs.”

That mindset was on full display when Texas signed the No. 3 overall quarterback—despite already having five scholarship QBs on the roster.

“Did we need another quarterback? Absolutely not,” Savage laughed. “But when the No. 3 QB in the country announces on national TV that he wants to be a Longhorn… you find a way to make it happen.”

Still, Savage made it clear that star ratings mean little once players arrive in Austin.

“Playmakers get on the field, period,” he said. “I don’t care if you were the No. 1 prospect or a walk-on—if you can help us win, you’ll get your shot.”

Like his recruiting hauls at Ball State and Syracuse, Savage’s first full class at Texas puts a premium on speed, versatility, and defensive backfield talent. The Longhorns now have 20 scholarship players between corner and safety, signaling an intense focus on improving the secondary.

“We use a lot of bodies on defense, and to be honest, we’ve still got work to do on the back end,” Savage said. “We gave up too many big plays last year. That has to change. More competition means more pressure.”

Then with a smirk added: “And pressure? Pressure does two things. Break pipes. And make diamonds.”
